The 2.0.4.001 (or 2.0.4) update rebalanced hundreds of bosses and enemies through health changes and removing several forms of contact damage, implemented Master Mode changes for vanilla bosses, and gave new AI changes to most vanilla bosses. It also rebalanced hundreds of weapons, armors, and debuffs, including tiershifting Depth Cells to post-Leviathan and reworking the Depth Crusher and Wingman lines as well as most ammos, and fixed several lingering bugs from previous updates.

Bosses

  • All Calamity bosses now properly scale their health in Master Mode. This should result in lower health overall.
  • All vanilla bosses outside of Revengeance Mode can now turn the Calamity Boss Health Bar red when enraged, and gray when gaining a temporary defense boost or invulnerability.
  • All bosses no longer use a global scaling contact damage formula based on boss velocity.
    • Aquatic Scourge, Armored Digger, Astrum Deus, Cosmic Guardian, Desert Nuisance, Desert Scourge, The Destroyer, The Devourer of Gods, Eater of Worlds, the Perforators, Storm Weaver, and XM-05 Thanatos now use a different formula for scaling contact damage based on velocity, which scales from half damage to full damage on the head, and 0 to full damage on the body and tail.
  • Increased the Early Hardmode Progression Rework's health and damage multiplier from 0.8x to 0.9x for the first mech, and from 0.9x to 0.95x for the second mech in Expert and Master Mode.
  • The following bosses no longer enrage based on time in the Don't dig up seed:
    • Astrum Aureus, Astrum Deus, Calamitas Clone, Rev+ The Destroyer, Rev+ Eye of Cthulhu, Providence, Rev+ Skeletron, Rev+ Skeletron Prime, and Rev+ The Twins.
  • Buffed most boss contact damage values in Classic Mode:
    • Buffed Desert Scourge's head damage from 30 to 45, body damage from 16 to 24, and tail damage from 12 to 18.
    • Buffed Desert Nuisance's head damage from 20 to 30, body damage from 14 to 21, and tail damage from 8 to 12.
    • Buffed Servant of Cthulhu's damage from 12 to 18.
    • Buffed Eater of Worlds' head damage from 25 to 38, body damage from 15 to 18, and tail damage from 10 to 12.
    • Buffed Brain of Cthulhu's damage from 30 to 36.
    • Buffed The Hive Mind's damage from 35 to 42, and Dank Creeper's damage from 25 to 30.
    • Buffed Perforator Hive's damage from 30 to 36.

      • Spin attack now has a telegraph, head will now back away from the player if too close, increased the maximum spin velocity as its health lowers, spin velocity now scales based on how many hands are alive, and Death Mode no longer makes it always spin at maximum velocity.
      • Hands now gain increased drawback and swiping velocity and swipe more often as Skeletron's health lowers.
      • Skull projectiles fired on teleports now have a constant speed instead of scaling with distance, increased their speed but decreased their acceleration, skulls now have uneven speeds, skulls no longer have increased speed in Death Mode, increased how many skulls are spawned but number of skulls decreases in later phases, number of skulls and their spread now inversely scale with how many hands are alive, and changed the dust that they use.
      • Slightly increased skull fire rate during idle phase, and it now increases further when below 85% health.
      • Now always backs away from the player before the spin attack, and uses a new spin charge attack where he spins faster and flies past the player after getting close when below 70% health.
      • Now fires several homing skulls at the end of the spin charge when below 50% health.

    • Prime Vice no longer deals contact damage while not swiping in all difficulties.

      • Prime Cannon's rockets are now shot in a wider spread, but no longer home in.

      • Skulls now home in for longer and have better turning speed, and can now spawn Probes during the skull spin attack.

    The Slime God

    • Ebonian and Crimulan Paladins no longer deal contact damage during the downtime between jumps or when rising upwards before the slam attack.
    • Slime God core no longer deals contact damage while not spinning.
    • Corrupt Slime Spawns and Crimson Slime Spawns now have 25% less health and 10% less damage in Master Mode.
    • Nerfed Corrupt Slime Spawn's knockback resistance while winged from 100% to 30%, and while wingless from 100% to 10%.
    • Nerfed Crimson Slime Spawn's knockback resistance from 100% to 20%, and spiked Crimson Slime Spawn's knockback resistance from 100% to 30%.

    Supreme Witch, Calamitas

    • Changed the dust and particles used during her summoning animation.
    • Overhauled and improved all dust and particle visuals used during the fight, and added new dust or particle effects to almost all projectiles.
    • Forcefield now has a shine effect that faces the player while she is invincible.
    • No longer deals contact damage while not charging.
    • No longer has reduced acceleration while holding a true melee weapon.
    • Nerfed hellblast, fireblast, flame skull, Cataclysm's fist, and Catastrophe's slash damage in Expert Mode from 476 Expert Mode to 468 Expert Mode.
    • Now plays a sound effect to signify that a bullet hell is about to end.
    • Sepulcher changes:
      • No longer teleports to the top right corner of the arena before summoning it.
      • Now always spawns at the bottom of the arena.
      • No longer flies slowly towards the player while shooting X-shaped patterns of darts from its segments. It now attempts to charge at Supreme Calamitas every few seconds, creating a dense ring of darts when it contacts her.
    • Decreased fireblast's homing speed in all difficulties.
    • Fireblasts and gigablasts can now pass through tiles, and increased their dart velocity. However, they now stop moving shortly before expiring or if the player gets close to them, and have a short delay before bursting into darts.
    • Now makes all projectiles fade away when entering brothers phase or acceptance.
    • Brothers changes:
      • Now teleports above the player before spawning brothers, and they now have a new spawn animation.
      • No longer have reduced acceleration while holding a true melee weapon.
      • Reduced the size of Catastrophe's slashes.
      • Overhauled brother attacks:
        • No longer flies up and down to the side of the player while shooting projectiles horizontally and occasionally spawning rings of brimstone darts.
        • While both brothers are alive, they will alternate between flying up and down to the side of the player while firing projectiles directly at them, and standing still while firing a rapid barrage of projectiles directly at the player.
        • If a brother falls below 40% / 60% Death Mode health or the other brother is killed, it will enter phase 2.
        • In phase 2, Cataclysm fires 2 fists around the player on every third attack, rapid fist barrage gets faster over time, and it ends the rapid fist barrage by launching an orb that spawns an extremely rapid barrage of fists in one direction. If Catastrophe is defeated, the 2 fists have a smaller spread, the fist barrage is faster, and the orb shoots fists in three directions.
        • In phase 2, Catastrophe fires a rapidly accelerating slash on every third attack, and at the end of the rapid slash barrage, lunges at the player while predicting their movement, creating a slice along the path. If Cataclysm is defeated, he spawns slashes faster, and the slice additionally creates two more slices outwards from the place where Catastrophe stopped.
      • In Death Mode, they start attacking sooner, rapid barrage projectiles are faster, Catastrophe can always spawn a slice at the end of the attack pattern, Cataclysm fires 2 fists around the player at the end of the rapid barrage, which increases to 4 when Catastrophe is defeated, and Catastrophe's extra slices appear in a narrower spread.
    • Now enters phase 2 after defeating brothers instead of at 40% health.
    • Brimstone Monster changes:
      • Renamed to Whispering Maelstrom.
      • Completely overhauled its visual appearance; it now resembles a swirling soul vortex instead of a static face.
      • Now spawns from the Altar of the Accursed instead of offscreen above the player.
      • Greatly increased its size, but only one Whispering Maelstrom spawns.
      • Now moves slower while Sepulcher is alive in addition to while seekers are alive, but its speed is now reduced by 20% instead of 50%.
      • Now deals constant damage to any player inside of its hitbox, which gets higher the closer the player is to its center or the faster the player is moving. This is accompanied by a burning sound and particle effects on the player. Increased Vulnerability Hex duration from 5 seconds to 6.
    • Shield effect now gets more vibrant below 30% health, which syncs with the music.
    • Buffed Supreme Soul Seeker health from 14,000 / 28,000 Expert Mode / 42,000 Master Mode to 28,000 / 56,000 Expert Mode / 84,000 Master Mode, but reduced the number of Soul Seekers from 20 to 10. Soul Seekers now orbit slightly closer.
    • Supreme Soul Seekers now have a telegraph before firing their darts, darts start off slow and accelerate over time, and they will no longer fire darts if the player is too close to them.

    Armor and Accessories

    • Dodges and reflects no longer trigger if an attack deals less than 5% of the player's max health, and now have a varying cooldown based on how much damage was dodged, ranging from 15 seconds at 5% max health to 90 seconds at 50% max health. The following dodges and reflects are affected:
    • Increased immunity frames given by several items:
      • Abyssal Mirror, Counter Scarf, Eclipse Mirror, Evasion Scarf, and God Slayer armor's god slayer dash now grant 80 immunity frames instead of 60.
      • Blazing Core and Flame-Licked Shell's immunity frames from parries are now affected by Cross Necklace.
      • Daedalus armor's melee set bonus, The Evolution, and The Transformer now grant 80 immunity frames instead of 20 on reflect, and are now affected by Cross Necklace.
      • Permafrost's Concoction's immunity frames when the Encased buff expires are now affected by Cross Necklace.
      • Spectral Veil now grants 80 immunity frames instead of 45, and is now affected by Cross Necklace.
    • The Absorber and Giant Tortoise Shell now grant immunity to knockback.
    • Buffed Aero Stone's flat flight time boost from 25 frames to 50, and it now recovers flight every 4 frames instead of 5.
    • Aerospec armor changes:
      • Buffed Aerospec Helm's melee damage boost, Aerospec Hood's ranged damage boost, and Aerospec Headgear's rogue damage boost from 8% to 10%.

    • Aquatic Heart's Glacial State infliction range is no longer random, and is now always what was the maximum range. Infliction range is now softcapped over 31.25 tiles to be 50% as effective instead of 75%, but it no longer has additional softcaps at ranges of 43.75 or 56.25. Increased the range of its Glacial State duration, and Glacial State infliction now works while a boss is alive.
    • Buffed Arcane Flower, it now gives a 5% magic damage boost.
    • Nerfed summoner Auric Tesla armor's Silva Crystal base damage from 1200 to 750.

    • Buffed Bloody Worm Scarf's damage reduction boost from 7% to 10%.
    • Rebalanced Chalice of the Blood God. It now grants 4 life regeneration and Philosopher's Stone's reduced healing potion cooldown. However, bleedout removed when using a healing potion is now 50% of the heal instead of 50% of the total bleedout.
    • Nerfed Chlorophyte armor's base heal from life pulse from 10 to 5.
    • Nerfed Corrosive Spine's cloud base damage from 24 to 22. It now has a limit of 3 clouds at once, and clouds now inflict Poisoned instead of Irradiated.
    • Rebalanced Deific Amulet. It no longer grants 1 life regeneration or Philosopher's Stone's reduced healing potion cooldown. However, it now gives a scaling immunity frame boost based on missing health after damage is taken, up to 40 extra immunity frames when below 25% health.
    • Nerfed Draedon's Heart, it no longer reduces defense damage by 50%.
    • Dynamo Stem Cells changes:
      • Now grants a 10% ranged damage boost.
      • Now reduces the damage of Electrified and Dragonfire by 50% instead of granting full immunity.
      • Mini swarmers are now guaranteed to spawn on a 3 second cooldown instead of having a 5% chance to spawn on every shot. They now deal typeless damage instead of ranged damage.
    • Nerfed Eclipse Mirror, dodges now grant 50% of the stealth meter instead of completely filling it.
    • Buffed Empyrean armor, healing orbs now heal for 10% of damage dealt instead of 6%.
    • Fathom Swarmer armor changes:
      • Nerfed Fathom Swarmer Visage's defense from 10 to 8, but buffed summon damage boost from 5% to 8%, and it now grants 1 minion slot.
      • Nerfed Fathom Swarmer Breastplate's defense from 22 to 20, but buffed summon damage boost from 6% to 10%, and it now grants 1 minion slot. Moved its defense and life regeneration boosts while underwater to the set bonus.
      • Nerfed Fathom Swarmer Boots' defense from 15 to 13, but buffed summon damage boost from 4% to 8%.
      • Nerfed set bonus summon damage boost while underwater from 30% to 20%.
    • Buffed Frost Barrier's defense boost from 4 to 10. It now grants immunity to Frostburn. Glacial State infliction range is no longer random, and is now always what was the maximum range. Infliction range is now softcapped over 31.25 tiles to be 50% as effective instead of 75%, but it no longer has additional softcaps at ranges of 43.75 or 56.25. Increased the range of its Glacial State duration, and Glacial State infliction now works while a boss is alive.
    • Frost Flare's damage boost now triggers when above 50% health instead of 75%, and defense and movement speed boosts now trigger when at or below 50% health instead of below 25% health.
    • Rebalanced Fungal Clump. Decreased the speed of its lifesteal projectiles, and increased its lifesteal cooldown, but lifesteal now bypasses lifesteal immunity.
    • Gem Robe changes:
      • Nerfed Amethyst Robe's mana cost reduction from 5% to 4%.
      • Nerfed Topaz Robe's max mana boost from 40 to 20, and mana cost reduction from 7% to 5%.
      • Nerfed Sapphire Robe's mana cost reduction from 9% to 6%.
      • Nerfed Emerald Robe's max mana boost from 60 to 40, and mana cost reduction from 11% to 7%.
      • Nerfed Ruby Robe and Amber Robe's mana cost reduction from 13% to 8%.
      • Nerfed Diamond Robe's max mana boost from 80 to 60, and mana cost reduction from 15% to 9%.
    • Nerfed Giant Shell's defense boost from 10 to 6, but reduced its defense reduction when getting hit from 5 to 3.
    • Nerfed Gold armor's chance for enemies to drop Gold Coins from 4% to 2%. Set bonus now gives 1% critical strike chance for every 10 Gold Coins instead of 2%, up to a maximum of 9% instead of 10%.
    • Nerfed Hide of Astrum Deus' true melee damage boost from 50% to 30%, and maximum damage boost duration from 15 seconds to 10.
    • Nerfed rogue Hydrothermic armor, set bonus now spawns 6 flares instead of 8, and decreased their soft damage cap from 120 to 90.
    • Jungle armor changes:
      • Nerfed Hat's max mana boost from 40 to 20, and magic critical strike chance boost from 6% to 3%.
      • Nerfed Pants' magic critical strike chance boost from 6% to 3%.
      • Nerfed set bonus mana cost reduction from 16% to 10%.
    • Rebalanced Lead armor. Nerfed all piece's damage reduction boosts from 3% to 2%, but buffed set bonus damage reduction boost from 3% to 4%.
    • Rebalanced Magic Hat. Buffed magic critical strike chance boost from 5% to 6%, but it no longer grants a 5% magic damage boost. Nerfed set bonus max mana boost from 60 to 40.
    • Nerfed Magnet Flower's mana cost reduction from 12% to 10%.
    • Buffed Mana Cloak's mana cost reduction from 8% to 12%.
    • Rebalanced Mana Polarizer. Increased its lifesteal cooldown, but it now always lifesteals on hit instead of having a 50% chance.
    • Rebalanced Meteor armor. Nerfed all piece's magic damage boosts from 9% to 8%, but set bonus now makes all magic guns cost 33% mana instead of Space Gun costing 50% mana.
    • Buffed MOAB's jump speed boost from 10% to 32%.
    • Nerfed Molten armor's set bonus melee damage boost from 10% to 7%, and true melee damage boost from 20% to 10%.
    • Nebula armor changes:
      • Nerfed Life Booster life regeneration boost from 6 per stack to 4 per stack.
      • Life Boosters can no longer negate damage over time.
    • Plaguebringer armor's Lil' Plaguebringer's bees now have their damage boosted by Hive Pack.
    • Platinum armor changes:
      • Nerfed Platinum Chainmail's critical strike chance boost from 5% to 3%.
      • Set bonus no longer counts defense from the armor itself, and no longer gives a life regeneration boost.
    • Rebalanced Rampart of Deities. It no longer grants 1 life regeneration or Philosopher's Stone's reduced healing potion cooldown. However, it now gives a scaling immunity frame boost based on missing health after damage is taken, up to 40 extra immunity frames when below 25% health. Additionally, taking over 200 damage now grants an additional 30 extra immunity frames.
    • Reaver armor changes:
      • Nerfed tank set bonus movement speed and flight time reduction from 20% to 30%.
      • Tank set bonus now always lifesteals on hit instead of having a 10% chance, and now bypasses lifesteal immunity, but it now heals for 10% of damage dealt instead of 20%.
      • Tank set bonus now always gives the Reaver Rage buff when hit instead of having a 25% chance, but nerfed Reaver Rage's damage boost from 30% to 10%.
    • Sand Cloak's sand veil now deals 30% knockback.
    • Rebalanced Scuttler's Jewel. Nerfed spike base damage from 18 to 16, but spike now always spawns on the first hit of a stealth strike projectile instead of only when the projectile is killed.
    • Seraph Tracers no longer grant 30 extra immunity frames if the player takes over 200 damage.
    • Removed Calamity's changes to Shadow armor's set bonus; it now gives 1.15x movement speed and 1.75x acceleration.
    • Silva armor's set bonus now heals for 10% of damage dealt instead of 3%.
    • Solar Flare armor changes:
      • Nerfed Solar Flare Helmet's melee critical strike chance boost from 26% to 20%.
      • Set bonus no longer gives a base 12% damage reduction boost.
      • Buffed solar shield damage reduction boost from 20% to 25%, but it is now additive instead of multiplicative.
    • Rebalanced Soul of Cryogen. It no longer makes melee attacks inflict Frostburn. Buffed icicle base damage from 25 to 32, and it now rains icicles every 7 frames instead of 10.
    • Spectre armor changes:
      • Spectre Hood set bonus no longer reduces magic damage.
      • No longer spawns lifesteal projectiles from enemies that are immune to lifesteal.
      • Both set bonus projectiles now create less dust.
    • Statigel armor changes:
      • Buffed Statigel Cap's max mana boost from 30 to 40.
      • Nerfed summon set bonus Baby Slime God base damage from 33 to 18.
    • Buffed Statis' Ninja Belt's jump speed boost from 6% to 32%.
    • Buffed Statis' Void Sash's jump speed boost from 12% to 32%.
    • Tarragon armor changes:
      • Buffed all headpieces' damage reduction boosts from 5% to 10%.
      • Buffed Tarragon Helm's melee damage boost from 10% to 12%, and melee critical strike chance boost from 5% to 10%.
      • Nerfed Tarragon Mask's magic damage boost from 20% to 15%.
      • Buffed Tarragon Breastplate's life regeneration boost from 2 to 3.
      • Melee set bonus now always gives the Tarra Life buff when hit, instead of having a 25% chance.
      • Decreased how much the magic set bonus affects the lifesteal cooldown.
      • Summon set bonus tarragon aura can now hit enemies with 0 contact damage.
    • Buffed Vampiric Talisman, it now heals for 1.5% of damage dealt instead of 1.1%, and it no longer has a lifesteal cap of 5.
    • Nerfed Vortex Helmet's ranged damage boost from 16% to 10%, and ranged critical strike chance boost from 7% to 5%.
    • Nerfed Wizard Hat's set bonus magic critical strike chance boost from 10% to 4%.

    • Rebalanced Aegis Blade. Buffed damage from 108 to 152, but nerfed use time from 10 to 16. Left click explosions now grant 20 ID-static immunity frames instead of 10, last 0.67 seconds instead of 1, and use true melee damage instead of melee damage.
    • Rebalanced Aftershock. Buffed knockback from 7.5 to 9. Rocks now have 2 extra updates instead of 1, can pass through tiles above the player, and aim at the target instead of the cursor, but pierce 2 times instead of 5, and grant 10 effective local immunity frames instead of 5.
    • Rebalanced Ark of the Ancients. Buffed damage from 188 to 194, but nerfed parry damage multiplier from 1.45x to 1.25x. Slightly decreased how fast the sword swings, but increased its size, and increased the size boost given while it has parry charges. Stars now deal 60% base damage instead of 40%, and increased homing range from 12.5 tiles to 16. Beams now deal 100% base damage instead of 80%, and have twice as much range. Parry now grants 60 immunity frames instead of 35, and is now affected by Cross Necklace.
    • Rebalanced Ark of the Cosmos. Nerfed parry damage multiplier from 1.4x to 1.35x, but parrying now gives 15 charges instead of 10. Parry now grants 60 immunity frames instead of 35, and is now affected by Cross Necklace. Changed the start of the time window in which a snap can be performed to be later in the spin throw.
    • Rebalanced Ark of the Elements. Nerfed damage from 560 to 507, but buffed parry damage multiplier from 1.2x to 1.35x. Parry now grants 60 immunity frames instead of 35, and is now affected by Cross Necklace. Increased the time window in which a snap can be performed, but snapping the blade no longer gives parry charges.
    • Rebalanced Astral Blade. Buffed damage from 85 to 142, and knockback from 4 to 6. It now uses true melee damage instead of melee damage. Decreased maximum damage, critical strike chance, and knockback multiplier based on target health from 2x to 1.25x.
    • Rebalanced Astral Pike. It now spawns stars on every hit instead of only critical strikes, but stars now deal 33% base damage instead of 40%.
    • Rebalanced Ataraxia. Buffed damage from 432 to 675, use time from 19 to 10, and shot speed from 9 to 10. Projectiles now have 5 extra updates instead of 3, but now deal 50% base damage. Split projectiles now deal 1% base damage instead of 5%. True melee hits now create an explosion that deals 70% base damage instead of spawning 5 homing projectiles that each deal 10% base damage.
    • Rebalanced Avalanche. Ice bombs now have 50% knockback, but can pass through tiles.
    • Rebalanced Azathoth. Buffed damage from 80 to 90. It now spawns orbs twice as fast, but orbs now deal 50% base damage. Orbs now fire beams half as often, but increased target range from 18.75 tiles to 31.25.
    • Rebalanced Baleful Harvester. Buffed damage from 80 to 105, but on-hit pumpkins and skulls now deal 50% knockback. Significantly increased dust size on flares.
    • Rebalanced Basher. Buffed damage from 30 to 41, but nerfed use time from 26 to 40. It now additionally inflicts Poisoned for 1 second.
    • Rebalanced Beam Sword. Nerfed damage from 180 to 142, but buffed use time from 60 to 45 and knockback from 6.5 to 8. It no longer has use turn, but it can now turn to face the direction projectiles are fired.
    • Biome Blade changes:
      • Buffed unattuned damage from 80 to 115.
      • Buffed Pure Clarity attunement damage from 80 to 105, and beams now last 1.5 seconds instead of 1. Sigils now last 15 seconds instead of 20.
      • Buffed Biting Embrace attunement damage from 150 to 175. Second swing no longer deals 115% base damage, but third swing now deals 175% base damage instead of 130%. Mist now grants 10 ID-static immunity frames.
      • Buffed Grovetender's Touch attunement damage from 120 to 150, and sweet spot damage modifier from 120% to 150%.
      • Buffed Extant Abhorrence attunement damage from 225 to 250, and full charge damage modifier from 350% to 400%.
    • Nerfed Bladecrest Oathsword's damage from 26 to 17.
    • Buffed Blade of Grass, true melee hits now always inflict Poisoned for 4 seconds, and projectiles now always inflict Poisoned for 2 seconds.
    • Rebalanced Blighted Cleaver. Buffed damage from 64 to 92, knockback from 5.5 to 8, and shot speed from 12 to 16, but nerfed use time from 26 to 28. Changed blazing phantom blades to be large, spinning blade projectiles instead of smaller, fast-spinning scythe projectiles. Blazing phantom blades now pierce 3 times instead of 4. True melee hits now inflict Acid Venom and Hellfire for 4 seconds instead of Acid Venom for 2.5 seconds, and blazing phantom blades now inflict Acid Venom and Hellfire for 2 seconds instead of Hellfire for 3 seconds. Nerfed Brutal Carnage's melee damage boost from 25% to 20%, and it no longer boosts melee critical strike chance.
    • Botanic Piercer's projectiles can no longer pass through tiles.
    • Buffed Briny Baron, true melee hits and spouts now inflict Crush Depth for 3 seconds, and spouts now spawn faster.
    • Broken Biome Blade changes:
      • Nerfed unattuned and Pure Clarity attunement damage from 47 to 38.
      • Nerfed Arid Grandeur attunement base damage from 70 to 35, and full charge damage from 105 to 60. Shred bonus now decays slightly faster. It now grants 20 effective local immunity frames by default instead of 15, and 12.5 effective local immunity frames at full charge instead of 8. It now grants the player 6 immunity frames on hit instead of 8.
      • Nerfed Biting Embrace attunement damage from 58 to 40. Second swing no longer deals 114% base damage, and third swing now deals 115% base damage instead of 140%.
      • Nerfed Decay's Retort attunement damage from 63 to 50.
    • Nerfed Butcher's Chainsaw's damage from 194 to 177.
    • Rebalanced Caustic Edge. Buffed knockback from 5.5 to 6, but nerfed shot speed from 16 to 12. True melee hits now inflict Acid Venom for 3 seconds instead of 2.5. Projectiles now deal 75% base damage, inflict Acid Venom for 1 second instead of 1.5, and lose 50% velocity on enemy and tile hits.
    • Rebalanced Celestial Claymore. Nerfed damage from 70 to 59, and use time from 19 to 24. It now spawns 2 cosmic stars per swing instead of 3. Changed how cosmic stars are spawned to be much more biased towards the mouse, giving it increased range. Blue stars now inflict Frostbite for 2 seconds instead of Frostburn for 3 seconds, and red stars now inflict Hellfire for 2 seconds instead of On Fire! for 3 seconds.
    • Rebalanced Chlorophyte Claymore. Buffed damage from 95 to 176 and shot speed from 8 to 22, but nerfed use time from 26 to 35. Orb projectiles no longer pierce.
    • Rebalanced Comet Quasher. Nerfed damage from 160 to 134. Meteors now deal 50% knockback, but can pass through tiles above the player and aim at the target instead of the cursor.
    • Rebalanced Crescent Moon. Homing moon projectiles now pierce infinitely instead of 4 times and have 2 extra updates instead of 1, but grant 6.67 effective local immunity frames instead of 5 and last 0.77 seconds instead of 1.5.
    • Rebalanced Darklight Greatsword. Buffed knockback from 5 to 6. True melee hits now inflict either Frostbite or Hellfire for 4 seconds instead of Frostbite for 3 seconds, and create several slashes on the enemy that deal 80% base damage. Projectiles now pierce twice, start off slow before accelerating to full speed, fade out before disappearing, and create a slash on hit that deals 33% base damage instead of splitting into homing crystals. Purple projectiles now inflict Hellfire instead of On Fire!.
    • Rebalanced Defiled Greatsword. Nerfed damage from 124 to 119 and use time from 18 to 28, but buffed knockback from 7.5 to 9 and shot speed from 12 to 16. Changed all blade projectiles to be large, spinning blade projectiles instead of smaller, fast-spinning scythe projectiles. Blazing blades and hyper blades now pierce 3 times, and sunlight blades pierce 10 times. All projectiles now grant 20 effective local immunity frames. All projectiles now inflict Acid Venom and Hellfire for 2 seconds, instead of blazing blades inflicting Hellfire, hyper blades inflicting Cursed Inferno, and sunlight blades inflicting Holy Flames for 3 seconds. True melee hits now inflict Acid Venom and Hellfire for 6 seconds instead of Acid Venom for 2.5 seconds. Increased hyper blade homing range from 21.875 tiles to 31.25. Sunlight blades now accelerate as they travel. Nerfed Brutal Carnage's melee damage boost from 25% to 20%, and it no longer boosts melee critical strike chance.
    • Rebalanced Devil's Sunrise. Nerfed damage from 480 to 420. It now uses the melee no speed damage type instead of true melee no speed. Cyclone projectile now disappears after 8 seconds instead of 8.5. The 200% damage boost now scales linearly as it is held over 5 seconds instead of instantaneously applying after 4.27 seconds.
    • Rebalanced Draconic Destruction. Nerfed damage from 250 to 200, and use time from 24 to 34. Main beam now pierces infinitely and grants 1 effective local immunity frame, and now inflicts Dragonfire, Daybroken, Slimed, and Oiled for 1.5 seconds instead of Daybroken for 3 seconds. Main beam only spawns secondary beams on the first hit. Secondary beams now have 1 extra update, and inflict Dragonfire for 1.5 seconds instead of Daybroken for 3 seconds.
    • Earth now heals 1-70 health on hit instead of 1-68, and deceased how much it affects the lifesteal cooldown.
    • Rebalanced Elemental Lance. Primary projectiles now last 5 seconds instead of 1.5, grant 10 ID-static immunity frames instead of 6 local immunity frames, and split 30 times instead of 3. Secondary projectiles now deal 80% base damage instead of 50%, last 1.67 seconds instead of 1, pierce twice instead of once, grant 10 ID-static immunity frames instead of 6 local immunity frames, and split 4 times instead of 2. Tertiary projectiles now deal 64% base damage instead of 25%, last 1.25 seconds instead of 0.67, pierce once and grant 10 ID-static immunity frames, and split twice instead of once. Quaternary projectiles now deal 51.2% base damage instead of 12.5% and last 1 second instead of 0.41. All projectiles are now affected by gravity after traveling for long enough, and dust no longer produces light.
    • Nerfed Elemental Shiv's damage from 190 to 138.
    • Buffed Empyrean Knives, it now heals for 1.5% of damage dealt instead of 0.75%, and decreased how much it affects the lifesteal cooldown.
    • Buffed Exalted Oathblade, projectiles now have 1 extra update and accelerate much faster.
    • Rebalanced Exoblade. It now fires 4 beams per swing instead of 3, but beams now deal 35% base damage instead of 46%. Increased how fast its beams home in on enemies. Powerful slash now heals for 4% of damage dealt on hit.
    • Buffed Feralthorn Claymore's damage from 80 to 109. Thorns now sprout from the center of the enemy in random directions instead of straight upwards on both sides of the player. Thorns now deal 50% base damage instead of 25%, pierce once, and grant 8 ID-static immunity frames.
    • Nerfed Flamarang's damage from 43 to 40.
    • Buffed Floodtide's damage from 75 to 91.
    • Buffed Fractured Ark, parry now grants 60 immunity frames instead of 35, and is now affected by Cross Necklace.
    • Buffed Gael's Greatsword's damage from 670 to 690. Big skulls now deal 170% base damage instead of 150% and have a 200% size modifier instead of 175%. Big skulls no longer decay in damage, and now quickly accelerate. Decreased base skull amount from Rage ability from 20 to 14, but it now gains 4 skulls for each Rage booster the player has. Increased homing range and velocity of Rage skulls.
    • Rebalanced Gauss Dagger. It now spawns a gauss flux on every hit with a 0.83 second cooldown, but gauss flux now grants 15 ID-static immunity frames instead of 10.
    • Nerfed The God's Gambit's damage from 29 to 26.
    • Buffed Goldplume Spear's damage from 24 to 27. Feathers now have a higher velocity, and deal 50% base damage instead of 40%.
    • Buffed Grand Guardian, healing bolts now home in on the player after a short delay, and explosions no longer lose 10% damage per hit.
    • Rebalanced Greentide. Nerfed damage from 95 to 87 and use time from 24 to 31, but buffed shot speed from 18 to 32. It now spawns 5 teeth from both above and below on hit instead of 3 teeth from above, but teeth now deal 50% base damage and 20% knockback instead of 100% base damage and 50% knockback. Teeth now last 5 seconds instead of 2, can pass through tiles before reaching the player's vertical position, and aim at the target instead of the mouse, with predictive aim. Changed the sound the teeth make on death.
    • Buffed Hive-Five's damage from 24 to 26.
    • Decreased the speed of Illustrious Knives' lifesteal projectiles, but decreased how much it affects the lifesteal cooldown.
    • Rebalanced Insidious Impaler. Nerfed damage from 320 to 198 and use time from 15 to 20, but buffed shot speed from 5 to 15. It now uses the melee no speed damage type instead of melee. It is no longer a spear that fires harpoons when thrusted, and instead directly throws its harpoons. Harpoons now have 1 extra update instead of 2, and fall after traveling for 0.5 seconds.
    • Rebalanced Iridescent Excalibur. Buffed damage from 2000 to 3000 and shot speed from 6 to 16, but nerfed use time from 14 to 15. Beams now deal 50% base damage, no longer have 3 extra updates, and grant 10 local immunity frames instead of 8. All beams except light blue no longer pierce. Increased green beam's homing speed and distance. Increased how fast fuschia beams accelerate. True melee hits now inflict Glacial State for 1 second, but decreased Miracle Blight duration from beams from 10 seconds to 5. Right click now creates 3 slash projectiles around the blade that pierce infinitely and heal for 1% of damage dealt, instead of all true melee hits healing 10-19 health.
    • Buffed The Last Mourning's damage from 360 to 550.
    • Buffed Lion Heart's damage from 323 to 960.
    • Rebalanced Lucrecia. Increased total DNA segments from 6 to 10, but they now spawn slightly closer together. DNA now grants 6 ID-static immunity frames instead of 12, but the shortsword and DNA no longer grant the player immunity frames on hit.
    • Rebalanced Monstrous Knives. It now throws 4-6 knives per use instead of 3-7. Knives now heal for 5-10% of damage dealt instead of 7.5-90%. Knives now always lifesteal, but increased how much they affect the lifesteal cooldown.
    • Buffed Night's Edge's damage from 40 to 45.
    • Buffed The Obliterator's damage from 220 to 222.
    • Rebalanced Old Lord Claymore. Increased the size of its hitbox while spinning, and spin now grants the player 12 immunity frames instead of 5. However, spin now only grants immunity frames when hitting an enemy instead of for the entire duration of the spin.
    • Rebalanced The Oracle. Buffed damage from 170 to 205, but nerfed aura base damage from 100 to 68, and maximum damage from 220 to 150. Yoyo can now pass through tiles, but grants 8 effective local immunity frames instead of 6. Yoyo charges its aura faster on hit and can spawn orbs faster, but orbs now have a 0.5 second cooldown. Decreased the volume of its aura and orbs. Aura now uses a circular hitbox.
    • Buffed Perfect Dark's damage from 24 to 26, use time from 25 to 24, and shot speed from 10 to 12. Dark balls are now slightly less affected by gravity.
    • Rebalanced Plague Keeper. Nerfed damage from 80 to 68, but wave projectile now grants ID-static immunity frames instead of global immunity frames.
    • Rebalanced Red Sun. Nerfed damage from 500 to 350, use time from 5 to 10, and use animation from 30 to 40. Main flares now have 1 extra update. Split flares now have 2 extra updates, and increased homing range from 12.5 tiles to 125.
    • Rebalanced Seashine Sword. Nerfed damage from 26 to 25, but buffed knockback from 2 to 4 and shot speed from 11 to 12. Increased the size of its projectiles.
    • Buffed Smoking Comet's damage from 14 to 21, airtime from 15 seconds to 21, range from 15 tiles to 20, and top speed from 14 to 20. Yoyo now grants 15 local immunity frames instead of 20, and rains stars every 0.45 seconds instead of 0.5.
    • Rebalanced Stellar Striker. Nerfed damage from 480 to 450. Flares now aim at the target instead of the cursor, and have predictive aim.
    • Buffed Stream Gouge's damage from 440 to 500.
    • Rebalanced Stygian Shield. Nerfed damage from 250 to 180, but buffed charge's maximum damage modifier from 400% to 600%. Decreased the maximum charge-up time from 1 second to 0.75 and maximum charge distance from 50 tiles to 45, and it now always grants the player 21 immunity frames instead of 6-21 depending on how long it was charged up. Right click now auto-fires and can throw out 2 shields at once, and the shields now return to the player 33.33% faster.
    • Nerfed Submarine Shocker, the shortsword now grants -1 local immunity frames instead of 8.
    • Nerfed Teardrop Cleaver's damage from 45 to 38.
    • Rebalanced Terratomere. Nerfed damage from 370 to 145. Increased how fast the sword swings, and it now fires 4 beams per swing instead of 1. Beams now have an extra update and home in on enemies, but spawn 3 slashes on hit instead of 4. Increased the range of the short-range slash projectile. Explosions now deal 50% base damage and last for a shorter time.
    • Buffed True Biome Blade's Lamentations of the Chained attunement damage from 320 to 400.
    • Buffed True Night's Edge, projectiles no longer accelerate to maximum speed and instead always have maximum speed.
    • Buffed Typhon's Greed's damage from 60 to 62.
    • Vampire Knives' lifesteal is no longer directly nerfed by Calamity, but it now obeys Calamity's lifesteal changes. Lifesteal projectiles create less dust.
    • Buffed Vein Burster's use time from 45 to 41, and shot speed from 10 to 13. Blood balls are now slightly less affected by gravity.
    • Rebalanced Void Edge. Nerfed use time from 23 to 24 and shot speed from 12 to 10, but buffed knockback from 5.5 to 7. It now shoots 3 soul projectiles per swing instead of 2-3. Small and medium soul projectiles now have 20% and 10% less knockback respectively. All soul projectiles now last twice as long and home in faster, but explosion on hit now deals 33% base damage. It no longer inflicts Crush Depth, but true melee hits now summon additional souls from below.
    • Buffed Volcano, it now inflicts Hellfire for 3 seconds.
    Ranged
    • Nerfed point-blank damage's maximum damage boost from 1.5x to 1.25x.
    • The following ranged weapons that do not use ammo are now considered specialist weapons, and are affected by Shroomite Helmet and Lunic Corps armor's set bonus:
    • All projectiles from Grenade Launcher, Proximity Mine Launcher, and Rocket Launcher can no longer damage the player.
    • Rebalanced Alluvion. Nerfed damage from 165 to 78, but Wooden Arrows now deal 230% base damage.
    • Angelic Shotgun now uses Hallow-Point Rounds as its Musket Ball convert instead of a special "Illuminated Bullet" projectile. This convert additionally makes it inherit the damage of Hallow-Point Rounds.
    • Rebalanced The Anomaly's Nanogun. Nerfed damage from 1850 to 1675, but buffed left click charge usage from 0.8 to 0.3, and right click charge usage from 0.375 to 0.15. Left click now has a 15 frame delay between shots instead of 20, but plasma beams lose 50% damage per hit. Right click bombs now deal 77% base damage and 500% knockback instead of 50% base damage and 80% knockback. Explosions now deal 5.7% base damage instead of 10%, and lose 40% damage per hit.
    • Buffed Aquashard Shotgun's damage from 9 to 12.
    • Rebalanced Aurora Blazer. Buffed damage from 71 to 74. Flames now have 3 extra updates instead of 2, last 8 seconds instead of 7.5, and are exempt from pierce resist on Leviathan and Astrum Aureus, but now grant 8 ID-static immunity frames instead of 7.
    • Rebalanced Barinade. Buffed damage from 4 to 5, but nerfed use time from 22 to 24.
    • Rebalanced Blissful Bombardier. Buffed damage from 84 to 93. Rockets now spawn flare dust twice as fast, trailing dust deals 75% base damage instead of 50% and lasts longer, and rockets now spawn flare dust on hit that deal 33% base damage. However, flare dust now grants 15 ID-static immunity frames instead of 0 immunity frames.
    • Rebalanced Bloodfire Bullet. Buffed damage from 26 to 27, and it now has 12 extra updates instead of 4. Bullets can now pass through tiles. Damage boost formula is now affected twice as much from life regeneration, but half as much from natural life regeneration. Damage boost now caps at 25, with extra visual effects when at the damage cap.
    • Nerfed Brimstone Fury's damage from 25 to 21.
    • Nerfed Bubonic Round's damage from 20 to 16. It now inflicts Plague for 1 second instead of 3, and ignores 10% of enemy defense instead of 25%.
    • Nerfed Bullet-Filled Shotgun's use time from 45 to 75. It now fires 30 bullets per shot instead of 25-34.
    • Buffed Celebration's damage from 25 to 50, and use time from 30 to 25. Rockets now last 1.5 seconds instead of 0.75.
    • Buffed Chain Gun's damage from 31 to 35.
    • Buffed Chlorophyte Bullet, removed its 50% homing range nerf.
    • All Cluster Rockets and their fragments now grant 15 local immunity frames. Cluster Rocket fragments can no longer damage the player.
    • Rebalanced Conference Call. Buffed damage from 36 to 53, but nerfed use time from 32 to 42. It now spawns 7 extra bullets instead of 12. Extra bullets no longer have predictive aim, but now have 14 extra updates instead of 2.
    • Nerfed Crystal Bullet's damage from 9 to 8. Split shards now deal 27.5% base damage instead of 50%.
    • Nerfed Cursed Arrow's damage from 17 to 14.
    • Rebalanced Deathwind. Nerfed damage from 248 to 148. Nebula arrows now deal 175% base damage instead of 100%, but all other arrows deal 75% base damage instead of 80%.
    • Nerfed Deepcore GK2's damage from 45 to 41. Bullets now have 10 innate armor penetration instead of 15.
    • Rebalanced Disseminator. Buffed damage from 48 to 58. It now spawns 14 extra bullets instead of 16, but extra bullets now have 14 extra updates instead of 2.
    • Nerfed Drataliornus, dragon dust now grants 3 ID-static immunity frames instead of 0 immunity frames.
    • Rebalanced Dryad's Tear. Nerfed damage from 9 to 8, but split bullets can now pass through tiles.
    • Buffed Eventide's damage from 42 to 50.
    • Nerfed Flash Round, bullets now have 2 extra updates instead of 3.
    • Rebalanced Flurrystorm Cannon. Nerfed damage from 11 to 10 and base use time from 24 to 26. It now takes 6 seconds to charge up instead of 8, and snowballs now have less random spread.
    • Rebalanced Fungicide. Nerfed use time from 20 to 22. Split fungi orbs now have a slower initial velocity, home in slightly faster, and are no longer affected by gravity while homing.
    • Buffed Galeforce's damage from 8 to 13.
    • Buffed Grenade Launcher's damage from 90 to 112.
    • Nerfed Gunk Shot's damage from 23 to 22, and use time from 32 to 35.
    • Buffed Havoc's Breath's damage from 70 to 74.
    • Rebalanced Heavenly Gale. Buffed damage from 215 to 256, but nerfed maximum charge-up damage multiplier from 4.5x to 3.5x. Lightning bolts are now guaranteed to critically strike, but striking Daawnlight Spirit Origin's bullseyes with them decreases the critical strike multiplier from 3.5x to 2.4x.
    • Rebalanced Helstorm. Buffed damage from 31 to 33, but nerfed use time from 7 to 9, and knockback from 2.5 to 2.
    • Nerfed High Velocity Bullet's damage from 15 to 13.
    • Rebalanced Hoarfrost Bow. Nerfed damage from 37 to 36, and use time from 25 to 29. Slightly decreased the spread of its arrows. Mist arrows now inflict Glacial State for 1 second instead of 0.5, and split into 2 frost mists on hit that deal 35% base damage.
    • Buffed Holy Fire Bullet, explosions are now larger the sooner the bullet hits and grant local immunity frames instead of global immunity frames.
    • Nerfed Ichor Arrow's damage from 16 to 13.
    • Nerfed Ichor Bullet's damage from 13 to 11.
    • Rebalanced Infinity. Nerfed damage from 120 to 110. Reduced the spread of its bullets by 33%, but it now fires 12 bullets per use instead of 18. Charged blasts now have 1 extra update instead of 3, last 6 seconds instead of 10, and spawn 2 split blasts instead of 2-4. Split blasts now deal 50% base damage instead of 85%. Split blasts now grant -1 local immunity frames instead of 3 global immunity frames, but have 1 extra update instead of 2 and last 3 seconds instead of 3.33.
    • Rebalanced The Jailor. Nerfed damage from 300 to 235, but buffed shot speed from 14.5 to 20.
    • Buffed Jester's Arrow's damage from 6 to 10.
    • Buffed Lunarian Bow's damage from 19 to 25.
    • Nerfed Magnomaly Cannon's damage from 357 to 279.
    • Rebalanced Megalodon. Buffed damage from 30 to 37, but bullets and water jets now deal 80% base damage.
    • Nerfed Meowthrower's knockback from 1.25 to 0.4.
    • Buffed Mini Nuke I and Mini Nuke II's damage from 75 to 90.
    • Nerfed Needler, it now inflicts Acid Venom for 1.5 seconds instead of 3.
    • Rebalanced Opal Striker. Nerfed damage from 37 to 33, but buffed charged shot damage modifier from 430% to 500%.
    • Rebalanced Overloaded Blaster. Nerfed use time from 22 to 28, but it now has slightly less spread when firing. Slime bolts now have slightly less bounce velocity, and each bounce reduces the effectiveness of the bounce velocity. Slime bolts now lose 15% damage on each hit, but are restored to full damage when becoming overloaded.
    • Buffed P90, P90 rounds now have 30 innate armor penetration instead of 15.
    • Rebalanced Pestilent Defiler. Mini sickness rounds now deal 66% base damage instead of 50% and can pass through tiles, but no longer spawn additional explosions on hit.
    • Nerfed Phangasm's damage from 160 to 87.
    • Rebalanced Photoviscerator. Buffed damage from 445 to 495. Right click flares now deal 70% base damage instead of 50%, but have a 0.5 second delay instead of 0.33.
    • Buffed Plague Tainted SMG's damage from 76 to 78.
    • Buffed Pumpler's damage from 24 to 26. Slightly increased the size of its explosions.
    • Nerfed Quad-Barrel Shotgun's damage from 14 to 11.
    • Buffed Rocket III and Rocket IV's damage from 48 to 65.

    • Rebalanced Eldritch Tome. Nerfed damage from 42 to 32, but it now grants ID-static immunity frames instead of global immunity frames.
    • Nerfed Flare Bolt's damage from 42 to 36. Projectiles now grant 20 local immunity frames instead of 10.
    • Nerfed Golden Shower's damage from 44 to 39. Projectiles now pierce once instead of four times.
    • Rebalanced Gruesome Eminence. Nerfed mana cost from 8 to 400. Increased base velocity and velocity at full charge, and it now grants 11 local immunity frames instead of 12.
    • Rebalanced Hadal Urn. Buffed damage from 32 to 37, but nerfed use time from 14 to 16. Isopods now deal 175% base damage instead of 150%, and grant ID-static immunity frames instead of global immunity frames. Jellyfish auras now grant 10 local immunity frames instead of 6. Lampreys now pierce 4 times instead of infinitely, grant 60 local immunity frames instead of 45, and up to 4 can be stuck in an enemy at once instead of 5. Starfish shards now deal 25% base damage instead of 33%.
    • Buffed Inferno Fork's damage from 84 to 99, and shot speed from 8 to 11. Inferno bolts now have 1 extra update, and inferno blasts now have 2 extra updates.
    • Nerfed Laser Machinegun's damage from 60 to 49.
    • Rebalanced Magnetic Meltdown. Buffed damage from 100 to 200, use time from 49 to 37, mana cost from 40 to 32, and shot speed from 14 to 18. Orbs now last 0.83 seconds instead of 2 and decelerate faster, but increased orb target range from 18.75 tiles to 34.375.
    • Buffed Nettle Burst's damage from 43 to 70, and it is now exempt from pierce resist on Leviathan and Astrum Aureus.
    • Buffed Night's Ray's damage from 17 to 20.
    • Rebalanced Photosynthesis. Beams now pierce infinitely instead of 9 times, but lose 5% damage per hit.
    • Nerfed Pulse Pistol's damage from 26 to 23, and use time from 20 to 21.
    • Rebalanced Rancor. Buffed damage from 220 to 290, but nerfed mana cost from 20 to 25. It now takes 3 seconds for the beam to charge up instead of 4.
    • Rebalanced Shadecrystal Barrage. Nerfed damage from 25 to 24, use time from 6 to 7, knockback from 5.5 to 5, mana cost from 4 to 10, and shot speed from 16 to 2. It now fires 2 bursts of 6 shadecrystals with a pause in between, instead of rapidly firing 1-2 shadecrystals per use. Shadecrystals now have 2 extra updates, produce light, gain velocity as they travel instead of losing velocity, and have slight homing after traveling fast enough.
    • Rebalanced Shaderain Staff. Nerfed damage from 21 to 20 and use time from 25 to 30, but buffed shot speed from 10 to 11. It now fires 2 shaderain per use instead of 3, but shaderain now have a higher velocity. Clouds no longer deal 125% base damage.
    • Nerfed SHPC's damage from 18 to 16. Explosions now grant 15 local immunity frames instead of 10.
    • Nerfed Sky Glaze's damage from 15 to 8.
    • Rebalanced Snowstorm Staff. Nerfed damage from 49 to 39 and mana cost from 13 to 18, but buffed use time from 80 to 70. Snowflakes now stay much closer to the mouse instead of flying erratically around it, and grant 40 local immunity frames instead of 7 global immunity frames, but now last 4.67 seconds instead of 10. Snowflakes now spawn homing ice stars on hit with a 4 second cooldown on each snowflake.
    • Rebalanced Star Shower. Buffed damage from 57 to 60, and shot speed from 12 to 28. Stars are now summoned from the sky and converge at the cursor instead of being summoned directly at the cursor.
    • Buffed Thorn Blossom's damage from 90 to 120. Thorns now deal 135% base damage instead of 110%, and grant ID-static immunity frames instead of global immunity frames.
    • Rebalanced Thunder Zapper. Nerfed damage from 20 to 18, but projectile now pierces twice.
    • Rebalanced Tradewinds. Nerfed damage from 25 to 23, but it now grants ID-static immunity frames instead of global immunity frames.
    • Buffed Undine's Retribution's damage from 38 to 46.
    • Rebalanced Veering Wind. Buffed damage from 15 to 19 and left click mana cost from 20 to 14, but nerfed right click mana cost from 20 to 28. It now fires 12 projectiles per use instead of 24. Air waves and frost waves now pierce once instead of infinitely, and deal 50% damage on the second hit.
    • Rebalanced Vivid Clarity. Sky beams no longer deal 70% base damage, have less randomness in where they aim, and can now pass through tiles above the player. However, each sky beam now spawns 6 orbs instead of 10, and orbs and their hitscan beams now deal 66% base damage instead of 70%.
    • Rebalanced Void Vortex. Buffed damage from 110 to 210, and use time from 80 to 49. Increased the size of the orb ring, and decreased its rotation speed. Orbs now last 0.5 seconds instead of 2.25, but increased orb target range from 25 tiles to 62.5. It now additionally spawns a larger orb in the center of the ring that explodes on death for 400% base damage and splits into 12 homing lightning bolts that each deal 66% base damage. Large orb and lightning bolts inflict Electrified for 3 seconds, and beams inflict Electrified for 1.5 seconds.
    • Rebalanced Voltaic Climax. Buffed damage from 104 to 235 and use time from 33 to 29, but nerfed mana cost from 30 to 32. It now fires 9 orbs per shot instead of 8. Increased orb target range from 40 tiles to 50, but each orb only fires one beam in consecutive order. Beams now pierce infinitely until dealing more than 1 damage instead of hitting once, and now inflict Electrified for 1.5 seconds.
    • Buffed Wasp Gun's damage from 31 to 58.
    Summon
    • All Calamity grounded sentries now attempt to spawn at the nearest resting spot below them upon use. The following weapons are affected:
    • Atlas Munitions Beacon can now be resummoned. The hold-able autocannon no longer falls through platforms when dropped.
    • Buffed Brittle Star Staff, orbiting brittle stars now orbit slightly farther away and at a faster speed, and each brittle star now grants 5 defense instead of 3.
    • Nerfed Cinders of Lament's use time from 30 to 80.
    • Cosmic Immaterializer no longer deals less damage when not wearing a post-Moon Lord summoner armor set.
    • Nerfed Deathstare Rod's damage from 33 to 20.
    • Buffed Endo Hydra Staff's damage from 225 to 232.
    • Buffed Endogenesis, flamethrower now has 15 extra updates instead of 10, and increased its range.
    • Buffed Entropy's Vigil's damage from 40 to 47.
    • Nerfed Eye of Night's damage from 28 to 24.
    • Buffed Hornet Staff's damage from 12 to 13.
    • Rebalanced King of Constellations, Tenryū. Nerfed damage from 213 to 187. Dragons now have slightly tighter turning when attacking, but body segments now grant 8 ID-static immunity frames instead of 4.
    • Nerfed Lunar Portal Staff's damage from 100 to 50.
    • Nerfed Mirror of Kalandra's damage from 380 to 317. Starforge now grants 23 local immunity frames instead of 15; blasts now spawn every 4 seconds instead of 3, and deal 225% base damage instead of 300%. Paradoxica now grants 18 effective local immunity frames instead of 7.5, and it now attacks 50% slower. Nerfed Wind Ripper's arrow velocity from 35 to 5, but it now has 9 extra updates. Nerfed Hope Shredder's arrow velocity from 35 to 5, but it now has 9 extra updates.
    • Rebalanced Mounted Scanner. Nerfed damage from 41 to 24, but it now fires lasers every 2.08 seconds instead of 5. Lasers now grant 20 local immunity frames instead of 15, but no longer lose 40% damage per hit.
    • Buffed Pygmy Staff's damage from 40 to 70.
    • Rebalanced Resurrection Butterfly. Buffed damage from 55 to 66. Purple butterflies now move towards enemies faster, charge faster, have a smaller delay between charges, and grant ID-static immunity frames instead of global immunity frames. Pink butterflies now fire every 2-4 seconds instead of 2.5-5, shoot sakura bullets at a faster velocity, and sakura bullets deal 85% base damage instead of 50%, but it now fires 2 bullets per shot instead of 3. Sakura bullets now last 3.5 seconds instead of 2.5.
    • Rusty Beacon Prototype no longer inflicts Poisoned.
    • Rebalanced Scab Ripper. Buffed damage from 15 to 16. Spiders now have an extra update, and grant 33 effective local immunity frames instead of a base 15 global immunity frames which scales with how many minions are active. Spiders now always spawn blood rain on hit, spawn 2 blood rain instead of 1-2, and blood rain now always deal 100% base damage instead of 70-100%, but it now has a 17 frame cooldown. Blood rain now has an extra update, but pierces once instead of infinitely.
    • Nerfed Slime Puppet Staff's damage from 26 to 10.
    • Buffed Starspawn Helix Staff's damage from 75 to 103.
    • Nerfed Stellar Torus Staff's damage from 185 to 142. Buffed use time from 30 to 20.
    Rogue
    • Rebalanced Adamantite Throwing Axe. Buffed damage from 64 to 67, but nerfed use time from 12 to 14. Stealth strikes now have a 120% damage modifier and 130% velocity modifier. Axes now pierce 2 times instead of 3, grant 30 local immunity frames instead of 10, and lose 25% damage per hit. Stealth strikes now ignore gravity, rain lightning bolts from the sky instead of spawning homing lightning feathers from below, and spawn 4 lightning instead of 3.
    • Nerfed Alpha Virus' damage from 333 to 248.
    • Buffed Apoctolith's damage from 220 to 228, use time from 30 to 26, and stealth strike damage modifier from 125% to 130%.
    • Rebalanced The Atom Splitter. Stealth strikes no longer have a 110% damage modifier, but stealth strike extra javelins now deal 23% base damage instead of 14.4%.
    • Rebalanced Ballistic Poison Bomb. Normal throws now spawn 3-5 clouds instead of 8-12. Stealth strikes no longer throw 3 bombs at once, but still spawn 8-12 clouds, and make clouds inflict Acid Venom for 4 seconds instead of 2. Clouds now deal 75% base damage instead of 50%, but are now only exempt from pierce resist on Leviathan and Astrum Aureus.
    • Bloodsoaked Crasher's axes now always lifesteal instead of having a 50% chance.
    • Rebalanced Cobalt Kunai. Buffed damage from 52 to 58, and shot speed from 12 to 14. Kunai projectiles now grant 30 local immunity frames instead of 10. Increased stealth strike energy projectile homing range from 12.5 tiles to 18.
    • Rebalanced Cosmic Kunai. Stealth strikes now have a 130% damage modifier and cause kunai to pierce twice and travel farther. Stealth strike scythes now deal 201.5% base damage instead of 256.8%, but grant -1 local immunity frames.
    • Nerfed Deep Wounder's stealth strike damage modifier from 300% to 210%. Main projectile now pierces twice instead of infinitely, and water projectiles now deal 5% base damage instead of 10%.
    • Rebalanced Defective Sphere. Nerfed damage from 130 to 116, but buffed stealth strike damage modifier from 62.5% to 90%. Spiked spheres no longer have an extra 10% chance to critically strike. Bladed spheres now travel farther, but grant 15 ID-static immunity frames instead of 10. Blue sphere explosions now deal 50% base damage.
    • Duststorm in a Bottle is now only exempt from pierce resist on Leviathan and Astrum Aureus.
    • Rebalanced Exorcism. Buffed damage from 55 to 64. Crosses no longer gain damage as they travel downwards, and stealth strikes no longer gain this damage immediately. Shockwaves now deal 80% base damage, but no longer deal less damage the farther an enemy is from its center, and are larger on stealth strikes. Stealth strikes now spawn 6 stars instead of 9, but stars now deal 75% base damage instead of 50%. Stars now have 3 extra updates, but inflict Holy Flames for 1 second instead of 3.
    • Fishbone Boomerang now takes 10 frames to charge up a throw instead of 20, decelerates faster while flying out, and has a higher maximum speed when returning.
    • Nerfed Gel Dart's damage from 54 to 28.
    • Rebalanced Hardened Honeycomb. Nerfed damage from 20 to 19, and use time from 16 to 18. Stealth strikes now have a 90% damage modifier. Honeycombs no longer spawn fragments on tile collision, and now grant the Honey buff on stealth strike hits instead of when intersecting the player. Increased Honey buff duration from 5 seconds to 10. Fragments now fly in random directions instead of always flying away from the hit direction. Stealth strikes now spawn bees on hit, but no longer bounce off enemies and tiles.
    • Rebalanced Heavenfallen Stardisk. Buffed damage from 90 to 155, but nerfed critical strike chance from 24% to 4%. Disks now last 2.5 seconds instead of 5. Disks now always explode into bolts on hit instead of only if the player is moving vertically when throwing it, but bolts deal 25% base damage instead of 50%. Stealth strikes now throw 3 disks at once, but disks spawn bolts every 20 frames instead of 5, and bolts deal 16.67% base damage instead of 50%.
    • Rebalanced Leviathan Teeth. Nerfed damage from 66 to 64, but teeth are now thrown in a tighter spread. It now throws 2-3 teeth on normal throws instead of 1-2. Stealth strike teeth now spawn water blasts on hit that deal 60% base damage.
    • Rebalanced Lionfish. Nerfed use time from 22 to 26. Up to 3 lionfish can be stuck in an enemy at once instead of 6. Stealth strikes now spawn 5 spikes when initially thrown, spawn spikes every 7 frames instead of 8 while traveling, and spikes have a larger homing range.
    • Rebalanced Malachite. Nerfed damage from 55 to 52, and stealth strikes no longer have a 130% damage modifier. Left click and right click projectiles now inflict Plague for 2 seconds. Stealth strike projectiles now hit 3 times before exploding, inflict Plague for 4 seconds, and up to 6 can be stuck in an enemy at once instead of 3.
    • Rebalanced Meteor Fist. Nerfed use time from 15 to 18, and stealth strike damage modifier from 360% to 315%. However, stealth strike fists now lose 33% damage per hit instead of 50%.
    • Rebalanced Palladium Javelin. Buffed damage from 88 to 118 and use time from 26 to 24, but nerfed shot speed from 16 to 12. Stealth strikes now have an 80% damage modifier. Javelins now have an extra update, but pierce twice instead of infinitely, and grant 15 effective local immunity frames instead of 10. Stealth strike javelins now split faster, and split in a tighter spread.
    • Rebalanced Phantasmal Ruin. Buffed damage from 145 to 152, but nerfed stealth strike damage modifier from 185% to 120%. Stealth strikes now spawn two sets of homing souls on hit, but souls now only spawn on the first hit.
    • Rebalanced Prismalline. Buffed use time from 24 to 20. Main projectile now pierces infinitely instead of once, but lasts 1 second instead of 3. Normal throws now spawn 3 split projectiles instead of 5. Stealth strikes now spawn 5 split projectiles instead of 4, but spawn 4 shards instead of 5. Stealth strike split projectiles now spawn 1-2 shards instead of 1-3. Shards now home in slightly faster.
    • Rebalanced Scourge of the Seas. Nerfed damage from 56 to 50, but buffed stealth strike damage modifier from 140% to 155%. Javelins and clouds now inflict Irradiated instead of Acid Venom on normal throws. Decreased Irradiated duration from javelins on normal throws from 3 seconds to 1.5, and from clouds from 2 seconds to 1; stealth strikes still inflict it for 3 and 2 seconds respectively. Stealth strike javelins and clouds now inflict Acid Venom instead of Sulphuric Poisoning.
    • Rebalanced Sky Stabber. Nerfed critical strike chance from 8% to 4%, but buffed shot speed from 2 to 2.2. Spiky balls now last 16.67 seconds instead of 20, and pierce 9 times instead of 19.
    • Rebalanced Spent Fuel Container. Buffed damage from 50 to 80, but nerfed use time from 35 to 50. Stealth strikes now have a 50% damage modifier. Explosions now deal 50% base damage, and grant 15 ID-static immunity frames instead of 11.
    • Buffed Stellar Knife's damage from 50 to 82.
    • Rebalanced Subduction Slicer. Buffed damage from 90 to 95. Scythe now pierces 4 times instead of infinitely, lasts 6 seconds instead of 10, and grants 15 ID-static immunity frames instead of 6 global immunity frames. Explosions now deal 80% base damage. Flame pillars now spawn on top of enemies instead of at the nearest tile, but now deal 120% base damage instead of 150%, grant 15 local immunity frames instead of 10, inflict Daybroken for 4 seconds instead of 7, and can no longer spawn more than once per throw.
    • Rebalanced Titanium Shuriken. Nerfed damage from 56 to 41. Stealth strikes now have a 130% damage modifier and a 125% velocity modifier. Shuriken now pierce twice instead of infinitely, and grant 30 local immunity frames instead of 20.
    • Rebalanced Tracking Disk. Buffed use time from 45 to 40 and charge usage from 0.08 to 0.07, but nerfed shot speed from 10 to 8. Disks now accelerate faster the longer they are out. Lasers now have an innate 10 armor penetration. Stealth strike disks now fire lasers every 16 frames instead of 20, and have a laser target range of 50 tiles instead of 30.
    • Wrathwing's spears now decelerate and fall due to gravity sooner.

    Other

    • Several changes to how Adrenaline works:
      • Nerfed Adrenaline's base damage multiplier from 3x to 2.5x.
      • Buffed the multiplier boost from Electrolyte Gel Pack, Starlight Fuel Cell, and Ectoheart from 15% to 20%.
        • This overall nerfs Adrenaline's damage multipliers from 3x / 3.15x / 3.3x / 3.45x to 2.5x / 2.7x / 2.9x / 3.1x.
      • Adrenaline lost on hit now scales down when taking small amounts of damage. This ranges from 10% Adrenaline loss when taking 1 damage, to full Adrenaline loss when taking over 5% of max health in damage. Adrenaline will always be fully lost if at full Adrenaline.
      • Adrenaline gain is now paused for 1 second on any hit.
      • Shield effects from Lunic Corps armor, Profaned Soul Artifact, Profaned Soul Crystal, Rover Drive, and The Sponge will halve the amount of Adrenaline lost if the shield fully absorbs a hit.
        • This does not apply if at full Adrenaline.
        • With Draedon's Heart, the Nanomachines meter will instead stop charging for 0.5 seconds.
    • Decreased the scaling of defense modifiers through progression:
      • Nerfed Guarding's defense boost post-Devourer of Gods from 6 to 5.
      • Nerfed Armored's defense boost in Hardmode from 5 to 4, post-Moon Lord from 6 to 5, and post-Devourer of Gods from 8 to 6.
      • Nerfed Warding's defense boost in Hardmode from 6 to 5, post-Moon Lord from 8 to 6, and post-Devourer of Gods from 10 to 7.
    • Changes to Lifesteal:
      • Increased Calamity's global lifesteal cap from 10 to 100.

    • Reworked Abyss Blade, it no longer fires a short-range trident projectile on swing. It now throws a spinning sword which can pierce through enemies. When the sword hits a tile, it spawns homing water energies that inflict Crush Depth for 2 seconds, and will launch at high speed towards the nearest enemy, hitting once. The sword deals 200% base damage after launching. Buffed damage from 130 to 140, but nerfed use time from 18 to 65, knockback from 8 to 7.5, and shot speed from 9 to 3.
    • Reworked Animosity, it no longer fires a high velocity bullet that deals 580% base damage on left click, or a rapid burst of 3 bullets on right click. Left click now fires a tight shotgun spread of bullets; all bullets will inflict Brimstone Flames, no matter the ammo type. Right click now fires a sniper shot which deals 800% base damage, has an increased critical strike chance, and inflicts Brimstone Flames and Whispering Death. Buffed damage from 33 to 45 and critical strike chance from 4% to 8%, but nerfed shot speed from 11 to 6.5.
    • Reworked Bloodfire Arrow, it no longer has a chance to heal 1 health on hit. It now removes 1 health from the player for each arrow fired, but arrows increase natural life regeneration on hit and provide lifesteal which scales based on the player's missing health, up to 4 health. Buffed damage from 29 to 30, and arrows now have 6 extra updates.
    • Reworked Cinder Arrow, it no longer splits into piercing flames on hit. It now creates a small explosion that deals 50% base damage on hit, and launches 3 shrapnel projectiles upwards from the hit location that hit once, deal 10% base damage, and inflict Brimstone Flames for 3 seconds. Buffed damage from 11 to 12, and arrows now have an extra update.
    • Reworked Cosmic Shiv, it no longer shoots a fast orb that spawns several blades from the sides and rains down several stars on hit. It now shoots homing stars that spawn an invisible aura over the hit enemy for 4 seconds. This aura continuously summons blade projectiles from all directions for its duration, and multiple auras can be stacked on a single enemy to summon more blades. Buffed damage from 98 to 270, but nerfed use time from 18 to 40. The shortsword now grants -1 local immunity frames instead of 8.
    • Reworked Deep Diver, it no longer increases damage, defense, and movement speed, or grants a long dash while underwater. It now always grants a short ram dash that can be used in rapid succession, and gives full underwater mobility. It no longer gives 8 defense.
    • Reworked Depth Crusher, it no longer functions like a standard broadsword or has 70% hammer power. It now throws a spinning sword on use, which bounces off enemies and tiles. Additionally, it creates homing water energies that inflict Riptide for 3 seconds on tile collision. Nerfed damage from 36 to 35 and use time from 17 to 65, but buffed knockback from 5.25 to 7.25.
    • Reworked Elysian Arrow, it no longer rains meteors from the sky on hit. It now creates two purifying light slashes on death that will always target a nearby enemy, even if the arrow misses. These slashes hit once and deal 40% base damage. Nerfed damage from 20 to 17, but it now has 2 extra updates.
    • Reworked Flak Kraken, it no longer spawns an energy reticle which follows the cursor, and the gun itself no longer deals contact damage. It now consumes rockets as ammo, and fires bursts of 2 abyssal flak shells that burst into 5 ink shrapnel when hitting enemies or when the projectile reaches the cursor. Shrapnel created when the flak shell directly hits an enemy will deal less damage than if it splits before. Buffed damage from 88 to 124 and knockback from 0 to 2.5, but nerfed use time from 10 to 63 and shot speed from 30 to 15.
    • Reworked Flak Toxicannon, it no longer rapidly fires flak shots while aiming above the player that burst into toxic droplets. It now consumes rockets as ammo, and fires toxic flak shells that burst into 4 sludge projectiles when hitting enemies or when the projectile reaches the cursor. Sludge created when the flak shell directly hits an enemy will deal less damage than if it splits before. Buffed damage from 51 to 73, but nerfed use time from 11 to 44, knockback from 7 to 1.1, and shot speed from 16 to 15.
    • Reworked Genesis, it no longer fires splitting beams and a random spread of lasers. It now fires a large spread of lasers which gets tighter on successive shots. Every sixth shot replaces the spread of lasers with a powerful splitting beam, which resets the laser spread. Hitting enemies on the sweet spot where the beam splits deals extra damage. Buffed damage from 74 to 108, but nerfed mana cost from 4 to 20.
    • Reworked Hailstorm Bullet, it no longer spawns ice shards on hit. It now slows down and disappears after traveling a medium distance, and inflicts Frostburn on hit. Critical strikes inflict Frostbite and create a flash freeze on the enemy that deals 48% base damage. Buffed damage from 10 to 12, and it now has 15 extra updates instead of 3.
    • Reworked Harvest Staff, it no longer fires bouncing pumpkin projectiles. It now deals summon damage instead of magic damage, and spawns a pumpkin patch sentry which grows pumpkins around it. Pumpkins will remain in the ground until an enemy or player passes over it, at which point it will emerge out of the ground. Emerged pumpkins will aggressively run towards nearby enemies, exploding on collision.
    • Reworked The Hive, it no longer randomly fires one of 4 different rockets with various effects. It now fires a spread of plague missiles on use. Holding down left click charges up the weapon, decreasing the spread and increasing the velocity of the missiles. The launcher reaches full charge after 1.5 seconds; firing with full charge will replace the spread of missiles with a nuke that explodes in a large radius, dealing 10x base damage and releasing several plague bees that home in on enemies. Buffed damage from 60 to 92, and critical strike chance from 4% to 20%.
    • Reworked Hyperius Bullet, it no longer spawns an additional bullet in a random nearby position and direction on hit. It now splits into 3 bullets on hit that swirl outwards from the point of impact and deal 15% base damage with an extra 10 flat damage. Enemy hits make the extra bullets travel forwards, while tile hits make them travel backwards. Nerfed damage from 18 to 13, but it now has 7 extra updates instead of 3. Bullets are now randomly given solid colors on spawn instead of constantly cycling through rainbow colors.
    • Reworked Icicle Arrow, it no longer spawns ice shards on hit. Arrows now pierce infinitely and ignore gravity, but slow down as they travel, eventually falling. If it hits an enemy, the arrow will rise upwards before falling. Falling arrows deal 135% damage, but only pierce once. Nerfed damage from 15 to 6, but it now has 6 extra updates instead of 1.
    • Reworked Neptune's Bounty, it no longer fires trident projectiles which spawn trailing, homing projectiles as they travel. It now throws a fast spinning sword which pierces and constantly shoots water blasts that inflict Crush Depth for 4 seconds towards nearby enemies. If the sword is falling at sufficient speed and has existed for 1.25 seconds, it will launch itself at high speed towards the nearest enemy. The sword deals 200% base damage after launching. Buffed damage from 270 to 444, but nerfed use time from 22 to 65 and shot speed from 12 to 3.
    • Reworked Norfleet, it no longer fires bursts of star projectiles which are fired more often the longer the weapon is fired, and no longer consumes ammo. It now fires bursts of 3 erratic energy spheres. Each energy sphere explodes on hit and inflicts a different debuff: Daybroken, Electrified, or Plague. Every 3 shots, the weapon must charge up energy for 4 seconds before being able to fire again. Buffed damage from 354 to 7077, and use time from 75 to 70.
    • Reworked Omicron, it no longer fires 3 laser beams on left click, or a splitting beam and a spread of lasers on right click. Left click now fires tight spreads of lasers, and summons two Wingmen that orbit near the player and rapidly fire lasers towards the cursor. Right clicking while using the weapon fires a large beam that splits when hitting an enemy, and makes the Wingmen fire lingering grenades. If an enemy is hit with the large beam right as it is spawned, the beam will do more damage but will not split. Nerfed damage from 160 to 82.
    • Reworked Pearl God, it no longer fires a spread of bullets and a shockblast round that lifesteals and makes large dust explosions. It now alternates between firing 1 lifestealing bullet and 3 pearlescent bullets. These effects are granted no matter the ammo type. Pearlescent bullets create an additional flash on impact that deals 20% base damage. Buffed damage from 33 to 150, use time from 20 to 9, and shot speed from 12 to 14.
    • Reworked Polaris Parrotfish, it no longer fires lasers which grant the Polaris Boost buff or get stronger on successive hits. It now rapidly fires star shots which can bounce off tiles. However, only 2 projectiles can exist at once, requiring staying close to constantly fire. Nerfed damage from 72 to 35, knockback from 2.25 to 0.5, and shot speed from 15 to 10, but buffed use time from 21 to 6.
    • Reworked Pulse Rifle, it no longer fires a hitscan beam that instantly arcs between up to 4 enemies. It now fires a hitscan beam that dissipates into 4 pulse orbs on hit. Pulse orbs briefly pause before aggressively tracking nearby enemies, dealing 50% base damage, and get faster the more enemies they hit. Pulse orbs hit up to 3 times before dissipating, but if a hit deals less than 2 damage or kills an enemy, their pierce will not decrease. Nerfed damage from 1200 to 990, and use time from 35 to 55.
    • Reworked Scorpio, it no longer rapidly fires homing rockets on left click, or slowly fires homing rockets with a larger explosion radius on right click. Holding left click now fires bursts of nano missiles which pause before speeding up and homing in on enemies. Every time the weapon is fired, energy is charged on the back of the weapon, reaching its maximum after 3 uses. Right clicking while firing at full charge will launch an extremely fast nano nuke which deals 15x base damage and has extremely weak homing. When the nuke is fired, the cooldown on the left click missile burst is reset, allowing for bursts to be fired consecutively. Nerfed damage from 40 to 33 and shot speed from 20 to 15, but buffed use time from 13 to 8.
    • Reworked Sprouting Arrow, it no longer splits into 2 arrows on hit that home. It now fires an arrow that splits into 2 arrows shortly after firing that continue in the same direction. These split arrows deal 300% base damage. Main arrow now has 8 extra updates instead of 1, and all arrows now have an innate 8 armor penetration.
    • Reworked Supernova, it no longer tosses a gravity-affected bomb that creates an explosion and shrapnel on hit, and stealth strikes no longer spawn energies as they travel. It now tosses out a bomb which automatically homes towards nearby enemies. On hit, bombs create an explosion that pulls in enemies, and pulls itself towards bosses. Stealth strikes now collapse briefly on hit before creating a massive, screen-wide explosion. Buffed damage from 675 to 5036 and knockback from 8 to 18, but nerfed use time from 24 to 70 and stealth strike damage modifier from 108% to 70%.
    • Reworked Thermocline Blaster, it no longer converts all bullets to Cursed Bullets. It now alternates between bullets inflicting Hellfire and Frostbite. These debuffs are inflicted no matter the ammo type. Buffed damage from 31 to 45, but nerfed use time from 10 to 16 and shot speed from 14 to 12.
    • Reworked Vanquisher Arrow, it no longer spawns split arrows as it travels that home in on enemies. Arrows now pierce once, dealing 85% base damage, and gain homing when they pass close enough to an enemy. It additionally spawns slashes on death that deal 100% base damage. Buffed damage from 24 to 30, and arrows now have 8 extra updates instead of 1.
    • Reworked Verium Bolt, it is no longer a bullet that pierces once and homes in after piercing. It is now an arrow that marks enemies on hit with sparkle effects. After 1.5 seconds, the enemy receives extra flat damage. The flat damage dealt scales with how many Verium Bolts hit the enemy during the 1.5 second period. Nerfed damage from 8 to 7.
    • Reworked Viscera, it no longer fires piercing blood beams that heal more health the more tiles and enemies they hit. It now fires a burst of 4 blood beams with a pause in between. Beams pierce 6 times, grant -1 local immunity frames, and bounce off tiles. Each successive beam in the burst deals 20% more damage. The last beam of each burst does not pierce, instead creating a bloodsplosion on hit that deals 120% base damage, 400% base knockback, and inflicts Burning Blood for 3 seconds. Buffed damage from 100 to 229 and use time from 14 to 7, but nerfed knockback from 6 to 5 and mana cost from 15 to 18.
    • Reworked Wingman, it no longer fires 3 laser beams on use. It now summons two Wingmen that orbit near the player, charging up to rapidly fire lasers towards the cursor. Right clicking while using the weapon will cause the Wingmen to instead fire lingering grenades towards the cursor. These grenades have a cooldown, but firing them while the lasers are at full charge will decrease their cooldown. Buffed damage from 70 to 71 and mana cost from 12 to 5, but nerfed knockback from 3 to 1.5.
