The 1.4.2.106 update added a variety of new weapons and accessories for the rogue class, along with a dedicated Town NPC known as the Bandit. The update also reworked the defense and damage reduction systems, made several changes to the Boss Rush event, added new fishing items to the Astral Infection, and made a heavy amount of optimizations to the mod's performance.

    Jungle Dragon, Yharon

    • Buffed phase 2 projectile damage from 424 Expert Mode to 440 Expert Mode, but nerfed defense from 200 to 100.
    • Nerfed fireball Detonating Flame's defense from 150 to 50.
    • Nerfed melee Detonating Flame's defense from 150 to 75.
    • Can now drop Drew's Wings in all difficulties.

    King Slime

    • All slimes now have increased health during Boss Rush.

    Moon Lord

    • Reworked Revengeance Mode AI:
      • Buffed core's health modifier from 1.9x Revengeance Mode / 2.4x Death Mode to 2.2x Revengeance Mode / 2.7x Death Mode.
      • Massively increased movement speed.
      • Attacks all now deal more damage directly instead of only some of his attacks being boosted by Revengeance Mode's boost list.
      • Now slows down while firing the Phantasmal Deathray.
      • Once Moon Lord's core is exposed, the Phantasmal Deathray passes through tiles and sweeps much quicker.
      • Once all three of Moon Lord's eyes are killed, his attack pattern becomes much faster.
      • True Eyes of Cthulhu completely removed from the fight. Moon Lord's eyes never detach.

    The Perforators

    • Nerfed the Hive's contact damage from 35 / 56 Expert Mode to 30 / 48 Expert Mode, but buffed defense from 0 to 4.
    • Nerfed small Perforator's head damage from 69 Expert Mode to 60 Expert Mode, body damage from 20 / 28 Expert Mode to 18 / 28 Expert Mode, and buffed tail damage from 14 Expert Mode to 16 Expert Mode.
    • Nerfed small Perforator's body defense from 8 to 4, and tail defense from 18 to 8.
    • Nerfed medium Perforator's head damage from 80 Expert Mode to 70 Expert Mode, body damage from 25 / 35 Expert Mode to 21 / 33 Expert Mode, and changed tail damage from 15 / 21 Expert Mode to 14 / 22 Expert Mode.

    Plantera

    • No longer enrages during Boss Rush.

    Polterghast

    • Nerfed base defense from 150 to 90.

    Siren and Leviathan

    • Buffed The Siren's contact damage from 112 Expert Mode to 119 Expert Mode, but nerfed defense from 25 to 20.
    • Buffed The Leviathan's contact damage from 144 Expert Mode to 153 Expert Mode, but nerfed meteor damage from 96 to 80.
    • Buffed Ice Shield's damage from 45 to 55.
    • Frost mists no longer home while The Leviathan is alive.
