Alluring Bait is a Pre-Hardmode accessory that is caught while fishing in the Sulphurous Sea. When equipped, it increases the player's fishing power by 30, increases the chance to catch fish materials used in various potions, and increases the number of said fish caught.

Alluring Bait increases the chance to catch potion ingredient fish through the formula (Fishing Power/10)%, capping the chance at 33.33%. In order to reach this cap, the player must have 333 fishing power or greater.

Notes

• Despite having "Bait" in its name, it cannot be used as fishing bait.
