Spike
The Trilobite is a Hardmode enemy that spawns during Tiers 2 and 3 of the Acid Rain event. It swims around before slowly coming to a stop and will attempt to lunge itself at the player to deal contact damage. When it gets hit, it will occasionally release a gravity-affected spike. If it lands on the surface, it will be unable to move.
Notes
- In the Get fixed boi seed, Trilobites shoot their spikes towards the direction they were hit.
Trivia
- The Bestiary entry for the Trilobite: "These aquatic arthropods make leaps and bounds in both water and air despite possessing shells like stone, both in texture and weight. Thanks to their immense shells, they are capable of passing through predators’ digestion systems unscathed."
- Trilobites are based off real-world Trilobites.
