The Piggy is a critter that spawns on the Surface during the day. It passively walks back and forth and occasionally idles in place. It can also be caught with any type of Bug Net.

Notes
- Unlike most critters, the Piggy has much higher health and drops money.
Tips
- Catching the Piggy with a Bug Net and selling it yields more money than killing it.
Trivia
- The
Bestiary entry for the Piggy: "These little swines waddle their little legs across these lands with little purpose, but they are happy with just that. Yet, little is known about how their little stomach carries a not-so-little amount of coins."
- The Piggy is a reference to BaumProductions and his Terraria Necro Mod series on YouTube.
