The 1.5.1.003 (or 1.5.1.3) update made several quality of life changes to Bosses and fixed several issues added by previous updates.

- Boss health bars now glow gray if they are affected by a temporary defense or damage reduction increase.
- Increased the default amount of Coins dropped by all bosses except the Adult Eidolon Wyrm, Eater of Worlds, and Brain of Cthulhu:

- Every other body segment, and head segments are now immune to all debuffs in Death Mode.
- Head and tail segments no longer have increased defense and damage reduction in Malice Mode.
- Instead, head segments and every other body segment have 50% damage reduction and 2x defense in Death Mode.
- This has the effect of causing Eater of Worlds to split more often in Death Mode.
- Decreased total number of segments in Death Mode from 82 to 67.
- Buffed health from 7800 / 12,480 / 14,976 to 8500 / 13,600 / 16,320 .
- No longer gains additional damage reduction while any Dank Creepers are alive.
- Buffed health from 1,085,000 / 1,736,000 / 2,080,000 to 1,302,000 / 2,083,200 / 2,499,840 .
- No longer becomes invulnerable while transitioning between phases, and instead gains 39% damage reduction.
- Stray fireballs that spawn during bullet hells are now 50% less predictive on all world difficulties.

- No longer becomes invulnerable while transitioning between phases, and instead gains 25% damage reduction.
- Buffed Perforator Hive health from 4500 / 7200 / 8640 to 5000 / 8000 / 9600 .
- Perforator Hive is no longer invulnerable while the Large Perforator is alive.
- Perforator Worms now spawn at 75%, 50%, and 25% health respectively instead of 70%, 40%, and 10% on all world difficulties.
- Now photosynthesizes for 1% health/s at night time while enraged on the surface in Revengeance Mode or above, instead of gaining 99.99% damage reduction.
- Decreased regeneration rate from day time photosynthesis from 4% health/s to 2% health/s.
- Reworked the boss fight.
- No longer becomes invulnerable outside the Hallow or Underworld.
- Renamed Profaned Guardian (Main) to Guardian Commander.
- Renamed Profaned Guardian (Rock) to Guardian Defender.

- Buffed Profaned Spear damage from 120 / 200 / 220 / 232 to 140 / 220 / 244 / 256 .
- No longer becomes invulnerable if the player leaves the Hallow or Underworld for 5 seconds. Instead, she will now become more aggressive.
- Renamed her Guardians to 'Providence Offense', 'Providence Defender' and 'Providence Healer'.
- No longer gains 40% extra damage reduction in Malice Mode.
- Now gains 99.99% damage reduction while any of its hands are alive in Revengeance Mode or above.
- No longer gains additional defense while its arms are alive.
- Now enters phase 2 at 50% health instead of 66%, and phase 3 at 25% health instead of 33% on Revengeance Mode and above.
- Head and body segments are no longer invulnerable during its first phase.
Balance
- Buffed Exodus Wings' vertical speed from 2.5 to 3.
- Nerfed Galaxia's "Aries' Wrath" attunement damage from 1100 to 950.
- Rebalanced Galaxia's "Polaris' Gaze" attunement, nerfed slash damage multiplier from 13x to 6x, nerfed shot damage multiplier from 2x to 0.8x, but it now grants enemies 20 local immunity frames instead of 60.
- Rebalanced Galaxia's "Andromeda's Stride" attunement, buffed damage from 2100 to 2200, decreased charge-up damage multiplier from 4x to 3.5x, decreased monolith damage multiplier from 1.75x to 1.2x, and lunge now grants the player 20 immunity frames on enemy hits instead of 30.
- Nerfed Galaxia's "Phoenix's Pride" attunement, removed the bolt damage multiplier and decreased thrown damage multiplier from 3.6x to 3.2x. The spinning sword now grants enemies 30 local immunity frames instead of 20.
- Rebalanced P90, nerfed damage from 12 to 8, use time from 2 to 5, and projectile velocity from 18 to 7. It now has a 50% chance to not consume ammo per-use instead of a 33% chance.
- Pumpler grenade projectiles now explode on contact with an enemy or tile. Explosions are 200% larger if the grenade explodes on a tile. To compensate, the grenades themselves now deal 10% base damage, with the full damage only being dealt by the explosions.
- Removed Spectral Veil's 10% movement speed boost and nerfed the immunity frames after being hit from 2.5 seconds to 1.
- Nerfed Seraphim's damage from 332 to 300 and use time from 12 to 13. Decreased the amount of lights spawned when performing a stealth strike from 9 to 7.
- Nerfed Sulphuric Acid Cannon's projectile hitbox size by 50%.
- Nerfed True Biome Blade's "Mercurial Tides" attunement damage from 720 to 550, decreased charge-up damage multiplier from 4x to 2.5x, decreased monolith damage multiplier from 1.25x to 1.1x, monolith fall-off damage multiplier from 0.6x to 0.15x, increased blast damage reduction from 0.6x to 0.8x, and lunge now grants the player 20 immunity frames on enemy hits instead of 30.
- Nerfed True Biome Blade's "Sanguine Fury" attunement damage from 300 to 200, full charge damage from 600 to 380, slash damage multiplier from 3x to 2.5x, health on hit from 6 to 4, projectile damage multiplier from 4.5x to 2.5x, passive life steal from 10 to 7, and it now grants the player 20 immunity frames during its dash instead of 60.
- Nerfed True Biome Blade's "Swordsmith's Pride" attunement damage from 240 to 140, sigil duration from 20 seconds to 16.67, damage reduction multiplier from 0.4x to 0.3x, full charge damage multiplier from 2.5x to 1.9x, and thrown damage multiplier from 4.5x to 3.3x.
Additional Changes
- Renamed Aero Dynamite to Skynamite.
- Adjusted the tooltips of the Ark of the Ancients and Broken Biome Blade weapon lines for readability.
- Flipped Auric Toilet and Piggy (item) sprites for consistency.
- Biome Blade's "Gesture for the Drowned" attunement now has its own tooltip color of #3D67D1 ●.
- Cadance Potion no longer reduces spawn rates.
- Chaos State and Potion Sickness now play custom sound effects when their cooldowns expire.
- Kelvin Catalyst now uses 100 Ice Stars, 10 Essences of Eleum, and 1 Avalanche, Effluvium Bow, Glacial Crusher, and Snowstorm Staff in its recipe. It no longer uses a Frozen Key, 2 Frost Flares, or a Cryo Stone.
- Removed the Any Large Gem recipe group.
- Adjusted the tooltips of the Lunar Pickaxe group for clarity.
- Added Mauler drops to the Boss Checklist Mod's Acid Rain Tier 3 page.
- P90 is now sold by the Arms Dealer for 25 after defeating Wall of Flesh. Removed its crafting recipe.
- It now uses the rarity instead of and adjusted sell price accordingly.
- Calamity particle effects are no longer spawned server side.
- Nerfed Plaguebringer Expert Mode stinger damage from 208 to 140 and missile damage from 288 to 200 .
- Seraphim is now classified as a Dagger, and now requires a Cosmic Anvil to craft instead of an Ancient Manipulator.
- Super Dummy no longer requires any crafting station to craft.
- The Prince now uses 15 Divine Geodes in its recipe instead of 20 Divine Geodes and 7 Uelibloom Bars.
- Thorn Blossom is now obtainable and can be crafted with Arch Amaryllis, 10 Uelibloom Bars, and 10 Unholy Essences at an Ancient Manipulator.
- Vivid Clarity can now be crafted with either Thorn Blossom or The Prince.
- Void Vortex is now obtainable and can be crafted with Voltaic Climax and 5 Auric Bars at a Cosmic Anvil.
- Voltaic Climax now uses 8 Darksun Fragments in its recipe instead of 5 Auric Bars. Nerfed damage from 122 to 100.
- It now uses the rarity instead of and adjusted sell price accordingly.
- Wulfrum Slime Banner is now obtainable and can be crafted with 3 Silk and 3 Wulfrum Metal Scraps at a Loom.
Fixes
- Fixed a bug that prevented Adamantite armor from granting its effects.
- Fixed an issue with Aquatic Aberration AI.
- Fixed a bug that prevented Ares' arm lightning trail from appearing.
- Fixed an issue that caused Ares' Exo Overload Beam attack to crash the game in multiplayer.
