The 1.1.7.901 update added the Astral Meteor minibiome, along with its own set of items and a boss known as Astrum Deus. It also removed the Prepare to Cry and Prepare to Die difficulty modes and replaced them with Revengeance Mode. The update also rebalanced most Calamity bosses, reworded and removed various item tooltips, and resprited Calamitas and Storm Weaver.

Crabulon

  • Piercing nerfs have been moved to Revengeance Mode instead of Expert Mode.

The Devourer of Gods

  • Changed health from 950,000 / 1,045,000 Expert Mode to 750,000 / 1,200,000 Expert Mode.
  • Changed head contact damage from 350 / 750 Expert Mode to 300 / 1200 Expert Mode.
  • Nerfed Nebula Shot damage from 110 to 104, bolt damage from 150 to 142, star damage from 130 to 120, Gravity Bomb damage from 180 to 160, and orb damage from 110 to 104.
  • Body and tail segments now inflict God Slayer Inferno on contact.

  • Increased health-based damage and defense scaling.
  • Increased enraged charge speed.
  • Yharon is now able to spawn more Detonating Flames of one type even if the other type has already reached the maximum that can be alive at a time.
  • Decreased pre-defeat DPS cap.

Lunatic Cultist

  • Now has a 2x health multiplier that applies to all difficulty modes.
  • Now causes the player to take 35% more damage while alive.

The Perforators

  • Nerfed the The Perforator Hive's health from 5000 / 6000 Expert Mode to 2800 / 4480 Expert Mode, and contact damage from 55 / 66 Expert Mode to 35 / 56 Expert Mode.
  • Small Perforator changes:
    • Buffed health from 2750 Expert Mode to 3500 Expert Mode.
