The 1.4.1.001 update rebalanced various aspects of the mod, with some focus on critical hits and debuffs, along with some vanilla items. It also reworked the throwing class into a new custom class known as Rogue, added a new mechanic known as Proficiency, and added new Music Boxes and Dedicated items.

  • No longer deals extra contact damage in Death Mode.
  • Can no longer hit the player while teleporting.
  • Decreased the speed at which Creepers spawn in phase 2.

Brimstone Elemental

  • Buffed Boss Rush health from 3,500,000 / 5,600,000 Expert Mode / 6,400,000 Death Mode to 4,000,000 / 6,400,000 Expert Mode / 7,200,000 Death Mode.
  • Buffed Brimling's Boss Rush health from 150,000 / 240,000 Expert Mode to 200,000 / 400,000 Expert Mode.

  • Buffed Cryogen's Shield's Boss Rush health from 170,000 / 340,000 Expert Mode to 200,000 / 400,000 Expert Mode.
  • Buffed Boss Rush damage modifier from 3x to 4x.
  • No longer regenerates its shield during phases 4 and 5.
  • No longer takes 50% damage from Crystal Bullet shards and Holy Arrow stars.
  • Now spawns the Archmage when defeated if he isn't currently present.
  • Cryogen and strong Cryocore are now guaranteed to inflict Frostburn on contact, and also inflict Chilled now.
  • Increased Frostburn's duration from contact from 1.67 seconds to 2.
  • Increased Frozen's duration from Ice Blasts from 1 second to 1.5.
  • Ice Blasts, Ice Rain, and Ice Bombs now inflict Frostburn and Chilled.
  • Ice Rain no longer inflicts Frozen.
  • Aurora Spirit, normal Cryocore, and Cryogen's Shield now inflict Frostburn and Chilled on contact.
  • Increased Frostburn duration from strong Cryocore from 1 second to 1.5.

Desert Scourge

  • Buffed Boss Rush damage modifier from 4.75x to 6x.
  • The main worm now inflicts Bleeding in all difficulty modes instead of just Expert Mode and higher.
  • Decreased Bleeding duration from small worms' heads from 3.33 seconds to 3.
  • Decreased Bleeding duration from small worms' body segments from 1.67 seconds to 1.
  • Decreased Bleeding duration for small worms' tails from 0.83 seconds to 0.5.
  • Dried Seekers no longer inflict Bleeding.

The Destroyer

  • Buffed Boss Rush health from 3,800,000 to 5,000,000.
  • Buffed Probe's Boss Rush health from 85,000 to 100,000.
  • Now takes greatly decreased damage for 8 seconds after spawning.
  • Decreased overall speed.
  • Body segments now have a chance to fire homing lasers.
  • Lasers now inflict On Fire! in Revengeance Mode.
  • All segments no longer take 50% damage from Crystal Bullet shards and Holy Arrow stars.
  • Body segments no longer take 65% damage from rain projectiles from Crimson Rod, Nimbus Rod, and Shaderain Staff, Crystal Serpent's split projectiles, and Vilethorn-like projectiles.

The Devourer of Gods

  • Buffed phase 2's Boss Rush health from 700,000 / 1,120,000 Expert Mode / 1,280,000 Death Mode to 1,100,000 / 1,760,000 Expert Mode / 1,920,000 Death Mode.
  • Decreased the speed at which both phases and The Devourer of Thots burrow when despawning.
  • Phase 2's head and tail now have a higher damage taken modifier during Boss Rush.
  • Both phases no longer take 12.5% damage from Crystal Bullet shards, Holy Arrow stars, split Terra Arrows, and split Terra Bullets.
  • Both phases and The Devourer of Thots longer take 50% damage from ranged projectiles while Vortex armor's stealth ability is active.
  • Increased God Slayer Inferno duration from head contact from 2.5 seconds to 5.
  • Increased God Slayer Inferno duration from body contact from 2.5 seconds to 4.
  • Increased God Slayer Inferno duration from tail contact from 0.83 seconds to 3.

  • Warped and Extreme Gravity are now applied to all players in multiplayer instead of just the player being targeted.
  • Phase 2 and The Devourer of Thots now have their own gores instead of reusing phase 1's.
  • The Devourer of Thots now burrows away after the first phase is defeated.
  • Increased God Slayer Inferno duration from The Devourer of Thots' head from 2.5 seconds to 3.
  • Increased God Slayer Inferno duration from The Devourer of Thots' body from 1 seconds to 2.
  • Increased God Slayer Inferno duration from The Devourer of Thots' tail from 1.33 seconds to 1.5.
  • The Devourer of Thots no longer inflicts Horror in Revengeance Mode.

Duke Fishron

  • Buffed Boss Rush health from 4,400,000 to 5,000,000.
  • Nerfed Boss Rush damage modifier from 3.25x to 2x.

  • Now spawns further away from the player during Boss Rush.

  • Nerfed Boss Rush damage modifier from 1.25x to 1.1x.
  • Now has a limit of 2 Bumblebirbs at a time instead of 4, and summons only 1 at a time instead of 2.
  • Nerfed Bumblebirb's health from 120,000 / 240,000 Expert Mode to 60,000 / 120,000 Expert Mode, and contact damage from 200 / 400 Expert Mode to 170 / 340 Expert Mode.
  • No longer takes 12.5% damage from Crystal Bullet shards, Holy Arrow stars, split Terra Arrows, and split Terra Bullets.

  • The Perforators' heads and tails now inflict Bleeding in all difficulty modes instead of just Expert Mode and higher.
  • Increased Burning Blood duration from the small Perforator's head from 2 seconds to 3.
  • Increased Burning Blood duration from the medium Perforator's head from 3.33 seconds to 4.
  • Increased Burning Blood duration from the large Perforator's head from 4 seconds to 5.
  • Decreased Horror duration from all three Perforators' heads from 5 Revengeance Mode seconds to 3 Revengeance Mode.
  • The Perforators' body segments can now inflict Burning Blood and Bleeding.

The Plaguebringer Goliath
