The 1.4.3.002 (or 1.4.3.2) update included a few additions, more changes to Death Mode, balance changes, resprites, and minor bug fixes.

Changes

Bosses

  • Each Adrenaline and Rage upgrade now only drops if said upgrade has not been consumed yet.
  • Death Mode natural spawns for time sensitive bosses can now only happen during the beginning of their respective time conditions.

  • Telegraph ray can now pass through tiles.

Bumblebirb

  • Nerfed clone health from 25,000 / 50,000 Expert Mode / 60,000 Revengeance Mode to 20,000 / 40,000 Expert Mode / 50,000 Revengeance Mode.
  • Reworked lightning feathers, they now float for 2 seconds, home in on a player, slow down, then predictively shoot towards the player instead of only shooting towards the player once.

Calamitas

  • Brothers now have a separate health bar.

Ceaseless Void

  • Dark Energy no longer despawns unless Ceaseless Void is no longer active.

Desert Scourge

The Destroyer

  • Upon reaching 50% Revengeance Mode / 100% Death Mode health, it will begin to move more similarly to a Wyvern compared to a regular worm enemy. When it moves like this, it will move more in the air and will not use the ground to accelerate towards mid-air players.
  • No longer fires lasers if a player is too close to its body in Revengeance Mode.
  • Now takes 50% damage from Hell Burst.

The Devourer of Gods

  • No longer inflicts Darkness on contact.
  • Decreased Death Mode speed boosts.

Golem

  • Revengeance Mode's head now sticks to its body better.

Jungle Dragon, Yharon

  • Tornado spawning flares no longer idly produce dust.
  • Tornadoes are now forced to spawn at most 26 blocks below the player.
  • Infernado spawning flares are now 50% larger.
  • Infernadoes are now smaller, sway less, and last 12 seconds instead of 10.

Lunatic Cultist

  • Ancient Light are now immune to damage for a longer period of time in Revengeance Mode.
  • Now takes 60% damage from Resurrection Butterfly instead of 50%.

Moon Lord

  • Now spawns True Eyes of Cthulhu in Revengeance Mode.
  • Reduced base aggression, but it now increases with each True Eye of Cthulhu out.

The Perforators

  • Each worm now has a separate health bar from the hive.

The Plaguebringer Goliath

  • Decreased missile spread from 90 degrees to 60, but increased the missile count from 5 to 8.
  • Increased missile speed during Boss Rush from 9 to 12, and missiles now gain extra speed while enraged.
  • Tweaked missile pattern.
  • Reduced timings between dashes.

Polterghast

  • Clone is now invincible.
  • No longer gains damage reduction while the clone is alive.
  • Increased Ruinous Soul drop count from 5-8 / 6-10 Expert Mode to 7-15 / 10-20 Expert Mode.
  • Buffed phase 1's damage reduction from 10% to 15%, phase 2's damage reduction from 15% to 20%, and phase 3's damage reduction from 35% to 50%.
  • Now despawns if it cannot find a target.

Profaned Guardians

  • The main guardian no longer gains increased spear fire rates in Death Mode.

Providence, the Profaned Goddess

  • Buffed base damage reduction from 25% to 35%.
  • Reordered attack pattern.
  • Cocoon flames now move inwards if the player is too close.
  • Holy Flares now last 14 seconds instead of 10.
  • Now despawns her Holy Flares and Holy Fire projectiles when she enters a cocoon phase.
  • Attack rates no longer scale with active guardians at 20% Death Mode health instead of 25% Death Mode.

Queen Bee

  • Charges are now sped up while enraged.

Ravager

  • Claws now have a longer delay before they can launch after spawning.
  • Body parts can no longer despawn unless the body is no longer active.

Skeletron

  • Skeletron and its hands no longer take 85% damage from Gael's Greatsword's projectiles.
  • Hands now teleport along with its head.

The Slime God

  • Buffed the core's health from 3000 / 4800 Expert Mode / 6000 Revengeance Mode to 4000 / 6400 Expert Mode / 8000 Revengeance Mode.
  • Nerfed the split Ebonian Slime God's health from 2000 / 3200 Expert Mode / 4400 Revengeance Mode to 1000 / 1600 Expert Mode / 2200 Revengeance Mode.
  • Nerfed the split Crimulan Slime God's health from 1750 / 2800 Expert Mode / 3851 Revengeance Mode to 875 / 1400 Expert Mode / 1928 Revengeance Mode.
  • Buffed flying Corrupt Slime Spawn's health from 160 / 320 Expert Mode to 180 / 360 Expert Mode.
  • The core can now enter the large slimes and empower them.
  • In phase 2, the core will now occasionally teleport near the player then circle them while firing balls.
  • Decreased overall speed of large slimes.
  • Flying Corrupt Slime Spawns no longer accelerate in speed.
  • No longer drops Gel Darts.
  • Increased opacity on the core, large slimes, and all slime spawns.

Siren and Leviathan

  • The Leviathan's speed at which she vertically lines up with the player now increases at 66% Revengeance Mode and 33% Revengeance Mode health instead of 25% Revengeance Mode and 10% Revengeance Mode.

Supreme Calamitas

  • Now starts flashing red before dashing.
  • Decreased frequency of most projectile spawns during bullet hells 4 and 5.
  • Doubled the spawn frequency of Brimstone Gigablasts in bullet hell 4.
  • Brimstone Monsters now despawn upon entering her acceptance phase.
  • No longer spawns Brimstone Monsters during bullet hell 5.
  • Brimstone Monsters now push each other away.
  • Brimstone Monsters move slower if any Soul Seekers are alive.
  • Skulls now move less harshly vertically, but last 20 seconds instead of 10.

Wall of Flesh

  • Adjusted health based speed boosts in Death Mode.
  • Scraps now last 18 seconds.

Enemies

  • Abyss Shocker's drop rate is now affected by Defiled Rune.
  • Multiple Bobbit Worms can now exist at once.
  • Calamity Eye changes:
    • Now spawns in the Brimstone Crag at any time instead of the surface at night after defeating Plantera.
    • Now inflicts Horror for 3 seconds.
    • Now has a 33.33% chance to drop an Essence of Chaos in Hardmode, and a 50% chance to drop Bloodstone after defeating Providence, the Profaned Goddess.
    • Now gains increased stats after defeating Providence, the Profaned Goddess.
  • Charred Slime changes:
    • Now spawns in the Brimstone Crag instead of all of the Underworld.
    • Decreased minimum coin drop count from 10 Silver Coin to 5 Silver Coin.

  • Adjusted various enemy debuff immunites:
    • All vanilla bosses, all Thorium bosses in Revengeance Mode, Mothron, and Old One's Army enemies are now immune to Pearl Aura.
    • All enemies and bosses during the Boss Rush are now immune to Eutrophication, Exo Freeze, Glacial State, Pearl Aura, Silva Stun, Slow, Temporal Sadness, Tesla Freeze, Time Distortion, and Webbed, and are additionally immune to the Spiteful Candle.
    • Small Desert Scourges, The Perforators, all of the Slime God's large slimes, and Calamitas' brothers are now immune to Glacial State, Temporal Sadness, Time Distortion, Tesla Freeze, Eutrophication, Pearl Aura, Webbed, and Slow.
    • Astral Infection enemies are now immune to Astral Infection.
    • Astrum Aureus is no longer immune to Celled, Dryad's Bane, and Oiled.
    • Brimstone Elemental, Brimling, Calamitas and her brothers, Cryogen, Great Sand Shark, The Leviathan, all 3 Profaned Guardians, Ravager's body, Signus, Envoy of the Devourer, and The Siren are no longer immune to Astral Infection, Celled, Dryad's Bane, and Oiled.
    • Bumblebirb is no longer immune to Betsy's Curse and Daybroken, and clones are no longer immune to Abyssal Flames, Armor Crunch, Demon Flames, God Slayer Inferno, Nightwither, Shred, Silva Stun, and Whispering Death.
    • Calamitas' Soul Seekers are no longer immune to Abyssal Flames, Armor Crunch, Cursed Inferno, Daybroken, Demon Flames, Frostburn, God Slayer Inferno, Holy Flames, Marked for Death, Nightwither, Plague, Shred, Silva Stun, Sulphuric Poisoning, and Whispering Death.
    • Small Desert Scourge head segments are no longer immune to all debuffs, and body and tail segments are no longer immune to Glacial State.
    • Giant Clam is no longer immune to all debuffs except Ichor and Cursed Inferno, and is now only immune to Eutrophication, Galvanic Corrosion, Glacial State, Pearl Aura, Slow, Temporal Sadness, Tesla Freeze, Time Distortion, and Webbed.
    • Great Sand Shark is no longer immune to God Slayer Inferno.
    • The Plaguebringer Goliath is no longer immune to Celled and Oiled.
    • Polterghast and its clone are no longer immune to Celled, Daybroken, and Oiled.
    • Providence and her offensive guardian are no longer immune to Astral Infection, Betsy's Curse, and Celled.
    • Providence's healer and defensive guardians are no longer immune to Astral Infection, Betsy's Curse, Celled, and Oiled.

  • Balance and Reworks

    Armor and Accessories

    • Nerfed maximum stealth boosts on various accessories and armor bonuses:
    • Abyssal Mirror now increases stealth generation by 30% while standing still and 20% while moving instead of 15% only while moving.
    • Asgardian Aegis now grants immunity to God Slayer Inferno.
    • Nerfed Bat Wings' night and Solar Eclipse defense boost from 20 to 15, damage boost from 15% to 10%, and critical strike chance boost from 7% to 5%. It no longer boosts movement speed, and jump speed boost now only takes effect at night or during a Solar Eclipse.
    • Craw Carapace, Demonshade Breastplate, Fabled Tortoise Shell, and Giant Tortoise Shell's thorns effects are now additive instead of set.
    • Dark God's Sheath now increases stealth generation while moving instead of standing still.
    • Rebalanced Eclipse Mirror. Nerfed rogue damage and critical strike chance boosts from 8% to 6%. It now causes stealth to generate 20% faster while standing still, and to increase exponentially while moving instead of 20% while moving and exponentially while standing still.
    • Elemental Gauntlet no longer causes the player to inflict On Fire! and Poisoned.
    • Buffed Elysian Wings' flight time from 180 to 200, and horizontal acceleration from 2.5 to 2.7.
    • Eskimo armor now causes ice weapons to deal 10% more damage, cold damage to deal 10% less damage, and grants immunity to Frostburn and Glacial State.
    • Ethereal Extorter now increases max stealth by 10 during new moons.
    • Gladiator armor and Obsidian armor changes:
      • Nerfed Gladiator Helmet and Obsidian Outlaw Hat's rogue damage boosts from 5% to 3%.
      • Nerfed Gladiator Breastplate and Obsidian Longcoat's rogue critical strike chance boosts from 5% to 3%.
      • Nerfed Gladiator Leggings and Obsidian Pants' rogue velocity boosts from 5% to 3%.
      • Nerfed Gladiator armor's set bonus max stealth boosts from 100 to 70, Obsidian armor's stealth boost from 100 to 80, and both set bonus' rogue damage boosts from 10% to 5%.
    • Buffed Glove of Precision's rogue velocity boost from 20% to 25%.
    • Hand Warmer now provides a life regeneration boost while wearing Eskimo armor.
    • Hoverboard now increases each Shroomite helmet's respective damage by 10%.
    • Leaf Wings now grant the Dryad's Blessing buff while wearing Tiki armor.
    • Mirage Mirror now increases stealth generation by 30% while standing still and 20% while moving instead of 10% only while moving.
    • Rebalanced Nanotech. Buffed rogue damage boost from 5% to 12%, but it no longer increases rogue critical strike chance by 5%.
    • Nerfed Plagued Fuel Pack's rogue damage boost from 8% to 5%.
    • Raider's Talisman's critical strike effect now stacks to 150 for a total damage boost of 15% instead of stacking to 250 with a total damage boost of 25%.
    • Silencing Sheath now boosts stealth regeneration by 15% at all times instead of only when the player is standing still.
    • Summoner Silva armor's crystal beams now detonate twice as fast.
    • Nerfed Spooky Wings' summon damage boost while wearing Spooky armor from 10% to 5%.

    Weapons

    • The player no longer gains a 10% damage boost to minions while holding a tool.
    • Buffed Abyss Shocker's damage from 21 to 28, and use time from 20 to 19.
    • Aftershock now grants 10 local immunity frames.
    • Nerfed Aquashard Shotgun's use time from 25 to 26.
    • Nerfed Ark of the Ancients and True Ark of the Ancients, beams now pierce once instead of twice, and true melee hits and beams no longer inflict Brimstone Flames, Glacial State, Holy Flames, and Plague.
    • Nerfed Ark of the Cosmos' damage from 680 to 500.
    • Nerfed Ark of the Elements' damage from 126 to 116, and projectiles now deal 50% base damage.
    • Nerfed Astral Blaster's damage from 150 to 120.
    • Nerfed Astral Bow's damage from 110 to 90, use time from 4 to 5, and use animation from 12 to 15.
    • Buffed Astral Staff's use time from 35 to 18, crystals now travel twice as fast, and explosions now deal the weapon's damage and knockback instead of a flat 50 and 4 respectively.
    • Nerfed Astreal Defeat's damage from 150 to 140, use time from 3 to 4, and use animation from 15 to 20.
    • Rebalanced Ataraxia. Nerfed damage from 5600 to 3651, and use time from 17 to 18. Main and side rockets no longer use local immunity frames. Main rocket now infinitely pierces and grants 10 local immunity frames when exploding. Needle rockets now deal 5% base damage instead of 7.5%, and grant 6 local immunity frames instead of 3.
    • Nerfed Ballistic Poison Bomb, clouds now deal 30% base damage instead of 50%, and grant 40 local immunity frames instead of 30.
    • Rebalanced Barinade. Nerfed use time from 20 to 26. Arrows now have knockback, but now deal 60% base damage.
    • The Biome Blade line now accounts for the Astral Infection:
    • Rebalanced Blast Barrel. Increased chance to spawn shrapnel from 25% to 33%, but molotov sparks now deal 75% base damage, last 5 seconds, and no longer infinitely pierce.
    • Nerfed Blossom Flux, spore bombs now deal 400% base damage instead of 600%, and spore gas now deals 25% bomb damage instead of 50%.
    • Buffed Celestus' damage from 850 to 1130.
    • Rebalanced Charged Dart Blaster. Nerfed damage from 126 to 100. It now fires a spread of 2-4 darts in addition to its charged blast with its primary fire. Primary fire blast now deals 50% base damage. Alt fire now deals 200% base damage instead of 85%.
    • Nerfed Clockwork Bow's damage from 70 to 50.
    • Buffed Cnidarian, shells now deal 50% base damage instead of 33%.
    • Cosmic Rainbow's rainbows now grant 10 local immunity frames.
    • Rebalanced Crystyl Crusher. Nerfed use time from 1 to 5. It now fires a beam that goes to the player's cursor when channeling left click instead of firing blasts of dust on right click. It now has a custom use sound instead of Item1.
    • Depth Crusher is now a hammer.
    • Nerfed Devastation, blasts now deal 50% base damage.
    • Buffed Devil's Devastation's damage from 470 to 520.
    • Devil's Devastation, Forbidden Oathblade, and True Forbidden Oathblade's scythes now always grant 10 global immunity frames instead of scaling with progression.
    • Nerfed Disseminator's damage from 55 to 50, use time from 21 to 23, and bullets now deal 70% base damage.
    • Buffed Dragon Pow's damage from 3900 to 4500.

    • Nerfed Elemental Eruption's damage from 50 to 40, use time from 5 to 7, and use animation from 10 to 14.

    • Nerfed The Empyrean's damage from 92 to 80, use time from 5 to 6, and use animation from 15 to 18.

    • Rebalanced Eternal Blizzard. Nerfed damage from 48 to 32, and use time from 19 to 20. It now fires an additional Icicle Arrow along with whatever arrow is used as ammo instead of replacing arrows with Icicle Arrows.
    • Nerfed Exo Gladius' damage from 3001 to 2700.
    • Nerfed Exoblade's damage from 6700 to 5000.
    • Nerfed Flame Scythe's damage from 130 to 100, and use time from 19 to 21.
    • Frost Daggerfish now inflicts Frostburn for 4 seconds with a 20% chance and 2 seconds with a 33% chance on fail instead of always inflicting it for 4 seconds.
    • Frost Staff and Ice Boomerang now inflict Frostburn for 4 seconds with a 20% chance and 2 seconds with a 33% chance on fail instead of always inflicting it for 4 seconds.
    • Nerfed Galaxia's damage from 425 to 385.
    • Rebalanced Gelitic Blade. Nerfed damage from 36 to 33, but wave can now pass through tiles.
    • Nerfed Genisis' damage from 65 to 55, and use time from 3 to 4. Small lasers now deal 65% base damage instead of 75%, and lowered small laser knockback by 40%.
    • Gilded and Gleaming Dagger's normal attacks now pierce once.
    • Buffed Godspawn Helix Staff's damage from 43 to 50.
    • Nerfed Golden Eagle's use time from 7 to 10.
    • Nerfed Goobow's damage from 40 to 30, and use time from 20 to 22.
    • Buffed Grax's damage from 450 to 500, and use time from 19 to 15.
    • Buffed Greatsword of Judgement's damage from 52 to 60.
    • Nerfed Heavenfallen Stardisk's damage from 165 to 115, and use time from 23 to 25.
    • Rebalanced Heavenly Gale. Buffed damage from 570 to 720, but nerfed use time from 9 to 11 and use animation from 18 to 22.
    • Nerfed Helium Flash's damage from 1280 to 1110.
    • Nerfed Hell Burst's damage from 40 to 30, and use time from 30 to 31.
    • Buffed Hell's Sun's damage from 74 to 84, and stealth strike damage modifier from 45% to 60%.
    • Nerfed Hyperius Bullet's damage from 21 to 18, and secondary bullets now deal 60% main bullet damage instead of 80%.
    • Rebalanced Ice Barrage. Nerfed damage from 9000 to 5800, but buffed mana cost from 530 to 180. It can now track enemies.
    • Ice Blade now inflicts Frostburn for 6 seconds with a 20% chance and 2 seconds with a 33% chance on fail instead of always inflicting it for 6 seconds.
    • Infernal Kris now inflicts On Fire! for 3-5 seconds on normal attacks and 4-7 seconds on stealth strikes instead of always inflicting it for 2 seconds, and cinders and explosion now deal 40% base damage instead of a flat 10 damage.
    • Rebalanced Iron Francisca and Lead Tomahawk. Buffed damages from 7 to 8, but they now only deal increased damage for the first 0.17 seconds active instead of 0.33.
    • Nerfed Karasawa's damage from 1400 to 1380.
    • Nerfed Lacerator's damage from 150 to 100, and it now grants 8 local immunity frames instead of 5.
    • Buffed Lazhar's damage from 75 to 100.
    • Nerfed Luminous Striker's damage from 150 to 149, and shards now deal 25% base damage instead of 50%.

Wooden Arrows, sharkrons, and typhoon arrows now deal 10% more damage and move twice as fast. It now uses the Rarity Level: 13 rarity instead of Rarity Level: 9.
    • Nerfed Nano Purge's damage from 70 to 50.
    • Nerfed Nasty Cholla's damage from 20 to 9, it no longer use local immunity frames, and tweaked the damage formula for its spikes.
    • Nerfed Norfleet's damage from 1280 to 1000.
    • Rebalanced Onyx Chain Blaster. Nerfed damage from 58 to 40 and use time from 10 to 15, but bullets now deal 125% base damage.
    • Nerfed The Oracle's base aura damage from 300 to 120, maximum aura damage from 450 to 400, and base yoyo damage from 420 to 380.

    • Nerfed Pandemic's damage from 100 to 66, and reduced the frequency it spawns Plague Seekers by 50%.

    • Nerfed Plague Keeper's damage from 90 to 80, use time from 17 to 19, and projectile now grants 8 global immunity frames instead of 5.
    • Rebalanced Planetary Annihilation. Nerfed damage from 75 to 65 and use time from 22 to 23, but bolts are now affected by arrow bonuses such as the Archery Potion.
    • Buffed Plantation Staff's damage from 60 to 70.
    • Rebalanced Poseidon. Nerfed damage from 58 to 48, but buffed mana cost from 15 to 12. Typhoon now randomly pierces between 3 and 9 times instead of always piercing 9 times.
    • Nerfed Primordial Ancient's damage from 385 to 305, and use time from 17 to 18.
    • Nerfed Profaned Partisan's damage from 410 to 231, and use time from 15 to 18.
    • Nerfed Pumpler's damage from 9 to 8, and primary fire's use time from 9 to 10.
    • Rebalanced Radiant Star. Buffed damage from 50 to 55. It now creates 5 extra knives on stealth strikes instead of 6, extra knives now deal 50% main knife damage, and explosions now deal 75% knife damage.
    • Raider's Glory now inflicts Midas.
    • Nerfed Resurrection Butterfly's damage from 40 to 25.
    • Rebalanced Scorpio. Nerfed damage from 95 to 60, primary fire's use time from 13 to 14, and alt fire's use time from 39 to 42. Increased the explosion radius of its primary fire's rockets. Alt fire rockets now deal 229.99% base damage instead of 300%, and now deal 50% less damage when they explode.
    • Nerfed Scourge of the Cosmos' damage from 1300 to 1100.
    • Nerfed SDFMG's damage from 250 to 200, and critical strike chance from 16% to 15%.
    • Nerfed Seabow's damage from 14 to 11, and water now deals 40% base damage instead of 50%.
    • Nerfed Seafoam Bomb's damage from 16 to 12, and use time from 22 to 25.
    • Shock Grenade no longer increases the player's defense by 6 and life regeneration by 2 if they stand inside its aura.

    • Nerfed Shroomer's damage from 200 to 150, and use time from 26 to 27.
    • Snowball Cannon now inflicts Frostburn for 2 seconds with a 10% chance and 1 second with a 20% chance on fail instead of always inflicting it for 2 seconds.
    • Nerfed Solar Flare, it now grants 8 local immunity frames instead of 5, and explosions now deal 75% base damage.
    • Nerfed Soul Piercer's damage from 185 to 155, and use time from 18 to 20.
    • Rebalanced Spectralstorm Cannon. Buffed damage from 44 to 48, but nerfed use time from 3 to 4 and use animation from 9 to 12. Souls now last 10 seconds.

    • Nerfed Stardust Dragon Staff's damage from 40 to 20, and it now enemies 10 immunity frames instead of 6.

Infernadoes now fade in and out slower, and become more transparent when intersecting a block. Infernadoes now grant 1 local immunity frame instead of 5. The initial spark projectile now inflicts Daybroken and On Fire! for 15 seconds.
    • Nerfed Web Ball's damage from 12 to 8.
    • Nerfed Xeroc Greatsword's damage from 95 to 90, and use time from 24 to 25.
    • Nerfed Xeroc Pitchfork's damage from 360 to 280.
    • Rebalanced Yharim's Crystal. Buffed damage from 240 to 350, and mana cost from 100 to 15. It now fires six red-orange beams instead of seven pink beams, converging into one big yellow beam. Beam now grants 5 local immunity frames instead of 2, but moves and turns slightly faster. It now consumes less and smooth amounts of mana instead of jumping in mana cost when converged. The beam now gets a 3x buff instead of 2.7x during convergence and damage scaling is smoothened. It can now be used before defeating Yharon.
