The 1.5.0.003 (or 1.5.0.3) update adjusted the Exo Mechs boss fight, buffed several Pre-Hardmode weapons, and fixed several issues from the 1.5.0.001 and 1.5.0.002 versions.

  • Teleportation effects are now only disabled while the player has the Boss Effects debuff instead of while a boss is alive.

  • Now takes 50% damage from Demon Scythe projectiles, and 40% damage from Sky Glaze and Feather Crown's feathers.
  • Can now drop Hearts when segments are killed in Revengeance Mode.

  • Nerfed XF-09 Ares Gauss Spark damage from 300 / 451 Expert Mode / 472 Revengeance Mode / 484 Death Mode to 250 / 376 Expert Mode / 394 Revengeance Mode / 404 Death Mode.
  • Decreased XF-09 Ares Tesla Sphere projectile velocity by 16.67% while it is firing Exo Overload Beams or when all three mechs are alive.

The Slime God

  • Abyss Ball projectiles now accelerate over time.
  • Increased Abyss Ball duration from 4 seconds to 5 / 8 Expert Mode / 9 Revengeance Mode / 10 Death Mode / 13 Malice Mode seconds for the Corrupt variant and 4 / 6.5 Expert Mode / 7.33 Revengeance Mode / 8.17 Death Mode / 10.67 Malice Mode for the Crimson variant.

Enemies

  • Cnidrion can now only spawn on the surface Desert biome, decreased how fast it can swim through tiles by 50% and spawn rate by 60%.
  • Lava Slime no longer spawns lava when killed on Expert Mode or higher.
  • Mimic can no longer drop Compass.
  • Decreased Wulfrum Drone velocity by 25%, and fly away timer from 8 seconds to 6. Increased tile detection range for the player from 57.5 tiles to 60.
  • Decreased Wulfrum Gyrator movement speed by 25% and jump speed by 11.11%.
  • Decreased Wulfrum Hovercraft velocity while searching and swooping by 20%. Increased tile detection range for the player from 57.5 tiles to 60 and fly away timer from 3 seconds to 6.
  • Decreased Wulfrum Rover movement speed by 25%.

Balance and Reworks

  • Buffed Abyssal Tome's damage from 30 to 33.
  • Rebalanced Acid Gun, buffed damage from 15 to 17, but nerfed use time from 20 to 45.
  • Buffed Air Spinner's damage from 21 to 26.
  • Alpha Ray now properly fires a spread of lasers with its alternative fire. Nerfed the spread lasers' knockback from 100% of base to 40%.
  • Buffed Amber Staff's use time from 28 to 25.
  • Buffed Amethyst Staff's mana cost from 3 to 2.
  • Buffed Aorta's damage from 23 to 29.
  • Buffed Aqua Scepter's damage from 15 to 21, and projectile velocity from 37.5 to 75.
  • Rebalanced Aquamarine Staff, buffed damage from 10 to 17, nerfed use time from 15 to 22, and buffed projectile velocity from 9 to 14.
  • Reworked Avalanche, ice bomb projectiles that spawn on hit now travel in an "X" or "+" pattern and explode into gravity affected ice shard projectiles after 3 seconds. Buffed damage from 60 to 100, but nerfed use time from 19 to 34.
  • Buffed Bee Gun's damage from 9 to 11.
  • Buffed Bee Keeper's damage from 44 to 55.
  • All Bee and Giant Bee projectiles can now pierce once.

  • Decreased Defense damage recovery delay from 0.5 seconds to 0.17 and minimum total regeneration time from 1 second to 0.83.
  • Buffed Demon Scythe's damage from 26 to 33, mana cost from 14 to 10, and gave it auto use.
