Torches are furniture items that emit light when placed. The Calamity Mod currently adds seven types of torches to the game which correspond to the added biomes.

- 2.0.3.002:
- Astral Torch and Sulphurous Torch are no longer broken by water.
- Gloom Torch is no longer broken by lava.
- 2.0.2.002:
- Introduced Astral Torch.
- Fixed Gloom Torch being able to be placed underwater.
- 2.0.2.001:
- Introduced Algal Prism Torch, Gloom Torch, Navy Prism Torch, Refractive Prism Torch, and Sulphurous Torch.
- Abyss Torch now uses Abyss Gravel in its recipe instead of Lumenyl.

- Now generates blue light instead of white.
- Fixed it not placing with the Auto Select cursor option.
