The 2.0.3.001 (or 2.0.3.1) update ported the mod to Terraria version 1.4.4.9 (tModloader version 2023.6.25).

Bosses and Enemies
- Added support for the vanilla boss health bar style.
- Astrum Deus now displays the minimum remaining health to defeat the boss.
- Cataclysmic Construct (both variants), Catastrophic Construct (both variants), A Desert Nuisance, Guardian Defender, Guardian Healer, all Perforators, Polterghast's clone, Providence Defender, Providence Healer, and Providence Offense no longer have trackable health bars.
- Ceaseless Void now displays a shield bar when Dark Energies are active.

Armor and Accessories
- Nerfed Ancient Fossil's mining speed boost from 15% to 10%.

- Nerfed Auric Tesla Royal Helm's critical strike chance boost from 20% to 10%.
- Base set bonus no longer causes enemy hits to spawn Auric orbs that heal the player for 5% of damage dealt.
- Melee set bonus now provides 28% melee speed.
- Removed Berserker's Glove, Sun Stone, Moon Stone, Celestial Stone, Celestial Shell, Moon Charm and Moon Shell's melee speed boosts.
- Bloodflare armor changes:

Weapons
- Nerfed Absolute Zero's damage from 120 to 105.
- Buffed Arbalest's use animation from 28 to 21. It now fires 3 bursts of arrows per use instead of 4.
- Archerfish, Megalodon, and Seadragon now fire a close-range projectile.
- Nerfed Ark of the Elements' damage from 600 to 560.
- Buffed Banshee Hook's damage from 238 to 250.
- Rebalanced Blighted Cleaver. Blazing phantom blades now pierce 2 times instead of 4, but have 1 extra update and grant 20 local immunity frames instead of 5 global immunity frames.
- Nerfed Brimstone Sword, right click javelins now grant 10 effective local immunity frames instead of 5.
- Buffed Briny Baron's damage from 124 to 180.
- Rebalanced Carnage. Increased the amount of blood spawned per kill from 4-5 to 6-8, but blood now deals 30% base damage. Blood can no longer spawn from passive or statue-spawned NPCs.
- Nerfed Chicken Cannon's damage from 416 to 290.
- Buffed Corinth Prime's damage from 100 to 140, and airburst grenades now deal 50% base damage instead of 30%.
- Nerfed Cryophobia's damage from 128 to 96. It now grants ID-static immunity frames instead of local immunity frames.
- Buffed Death's Ascension, right click scythes now grant 30 local immunity frames instead of 10 global immunity frames.
- Rebalanced Defiled Greatsword. Blazing phantom blades now pierce 2 times instead of 4, but grant 20 local immunity frames instead of 5 global immunity frames. Hyper blades now pierce 2 times instead of 4, last 2 seconds instead of 1.67, and grant 15 local immunity frames instead of 1. Sunlight blades now pierce 2 times instead of 4, and grant 10 local immunity frames instead of 1.
- Nerfed Dragon's Breath's damage from 198 to 130.
- Buffed Essence Flayer's damage from 180 to 200.
- Buffed Exalted Oathblade and Forbidden Oathblade, oathblades now grant 20 local immunity frames instead of 10 ID-static immunity frames.

- Buffed Insidious Impaler's damage from 210 to 320, and use time from 20 to 15.
- Rebalanced Light Disc. Buffed projectile velocity by 12.5%, but they now have 3 extra updates instead of 5.
- Buffed Mad Alchemist's Cocktail Glove's damage from 182 to 240.
- Nerfed Mourningstar's damage from 127 to 112.
- Buffed Nadir's damage from 280 to 390. Increased projectile speed by 66.6% and void projectile duration by 200%. Changed how the void projectiles fade.
- Buffed Neptune's Bounty's damage from 251 to 270.

- Buffed Shroomerang's projectile velocity by 110%.
- Nerfed Slithering Eels' damage from 80 to 50.
- Buffed Solar Flare's damage from 71 to 90.

- Nerfed Vesuvius' damage from 60 to 50. Right click now fires 3 meteors instead of 4-5.

Reworks
- Reworked Ancient Ice Chunk, it no longer continuously charges at enemies. It now stays close to the player and fires ice crystals at enemies from a distance. If the player gets close to enemies, the Ice Claspers will charge at them, similarly to old behavior.
- Reworked Calamity's bonus for Bone Wings. Buffed flight time from 170 to 240, but getting hit during flight halves the wearer's current flight time. It no longer grants 10% ranged damage, 10% ranged critical strike chance, 10% movement speed, and 30 defense while wearing Necro armor.
- Reworked Fallen Paladin's Hammer, it no longer throws a hammer that functions like a boomerang and explodes on hits. It now throws a fast hammer that slows down and returns to the player on enemy hits. After landing a hit with the hammer three times, an echo hammer is spawned which quickly homes in, dealing 200% base damage and exploding on hit, and the hit counter is reset. Buffed damage from 87 to 368 and shot speed from 14 to 28.8, but nerfed use time from 13 to 57.
- Reworked Galaxy Smasher, it no longer throws a hammer that functions like a boomerang and spawns nebula lasers on hits. It now throws a fast hammer that spawns mini hammers and returns to the player on enemy hits. The more hits landed, the more mini hammers are spawned. After landing a hit with the hammer seven times, an echo hammer is spawned which charges up before quickly homing in, dealing 10x base damage and exploding on hit, and the hit counter is reset. Buffed damage from 300 to 1300, knockback from 9 to 14, and shot speed from 18 to 30, but nerfed use time from 13 to 40.
- Reworked Frost armor's set bonus, it no longer increases melee and ranged damage by 10%. It now increases melee and ranged damage by 15% total which gets distributed based on the distance between the player and the target. 10 tiles or closer grants the player 15% melee damage, 50 tiles or farther grants the player 15% ranged damage, while 10-50 tiles linearly scale between melee and ranged stats accordingly.
- Reworked Herring Staff, it now summons a shoal of 3 herrings which consumes a single minion slot instead of summoning individual herrings which take up half a minion slot each. The 3 herrings are purely visual, and collision is dealt by an invisible projectile in the center of them. The minion now grants 35 local immunity frames.
- Reworked Ice Clasper AI, it now fires ice crystals instead of frost bolts and circles around the player while doing so. Instead of clinging on tiles, it now flies through tiles at all times. Now attempts to ram the player to deal contact damage. Increased Chilled debuff chance from 33.33% to 100%.
- Reworked Shaderain Staff, it no longer summons a long-lasting rain cloud which drops damaging raindrops downwards similar to Nimbus Rod. It now fires a spread of 3 gravity-affected raindrops and a decelerating cloud ball which deals 125% base damage. Nerfed shot speed from 16 to 10.
- Reworked Stellar Contempt, it no longer throws a hammer that functions like a boomerang and spawns lunar flares on hits. It now throws a fast hammer that rains lunar flares and returns to the player on enemy hits. The more hits landed, the more lunar flares are rained. After landing a hit with the hammer four times, an echo hammer is spawned which briefly charges up before quickly homing in, dealing 600% base damage and exploding on hit, and the hit counter is reset. Buffed damage from 300 to 650, knockback from 9 to 28, and shot speed from 18 to 25, but nerfed use time from 13 to 45.

- Changed all tooltip instances of "reduces damage taken" to "Increases damage reduction".
