The Dynamo Stem Cells are a post-Moon Lord accessory that are dropped by the Dragonfolly. They grant the following effects while equipped:
- +10% ranged damage
- +10% movement speed
- Ranged weapons release mini swarmers when fired, every 3 seconds.
- The damage of the swarmers is based on both the base damage and use time of the weapon used to spawn them, with slower-firing weapons spawning more damaging swarmers. Swarmer damage is determined by the following equation:
SwarmerDamage = WeaponDamage * (6 - (5 * (WeaponUsetime / 25) ) )
. If the weapon's use time is 25 or higher, the swarmers simply deal the same damage as the weapon.
- The damage of the swarmers is based on both the base damage and use time of the weapon used to spawn them, with slower-firing weapons spawning more damaging swarmers. Swarmer damage is determined by the following equation:
- Reduces the damage over time of the Dragonfire and Electrified debuffs by 50%.

- In real life, stem cells are used in the process of cloning animals due to their ability to transform into any type of body cells.
History

- 2.0.4.001:
- Now grants a 10% ranged damage boost.
- Now reduces the damage of Electrified and Dragonfire by 50% instead of granting full immunity.
- Mini swarmers are now guaranteed to spawn on a 3 second cooldown instead of having a 5% chance to spawn on every shot. They now deal typeless damage instead of ranged damage.
- Mini swarmers now home towards the closest enemy instead of the earliest enemy in the NPC array.
