Nucleogenic Spark
Nucleogenesis is a craftable post-Moon Lord accessory and the direct upgrade to the Star-Tainted Generator and Statis' Curse. It grants the following effects while equipped:
- +4 minion slots (does not stack with downgrades)
- +15% summon damage
- +4 minion knockback
- Minion attacks release a damaging spark on enemy hits that deals 60 summon damage and has a 1.67 second cooldown
- Immunity to the Irradiated and Shadowflame debuffs.
- Minion attacks inflict the following debuffs:
Astral Infection for 3 seconds.
Electrified for 1 second.- Irradiated for 3 seconds.
- Shadowflame for 3 seconds.

Notes
- The spark effect will override the Starbuster Core's explosion, the Nuclear Fuel Rod's aura, and the Jelly-Charged Battery's orbs.

- Nucleogenesis (also known as nucleosynthesis) is the creation of new atomic nuclei, especially in the beginning of the universe.

- 2.0.4.003: No longer makes minion attacks inflict Holy Flames.

- Sparks now have a base damage of 60.
- Now uses 4 Galactica Singularities and 8 Luminite Bars in its recipe, and now requires a Cosmic Anvil to craft instead of a Draedon's Forge.
- 1.4.5.003: No longer makes summoner attacks have a chance to instantly kill enemies.
- 1.4.5.002: Now uses 4 Ascendant Spirit Essences in its recipe instead of 20 Nightmare Fuel, 20 Endothermic Energy, and 20 Phantoplasm.
- 1.4.5.001: Fixed it having a 1/225 chance to proc insta-kills instead of 1/15.
- 1.4.4.003: Explosions now have a softcap of 100 damage. Any increase in base damage over 400 gets reduced to 2.5% instead of 25%.
