Tipsy is a debuff that decreases defense and increases melee stats. The exact effects are as follows:

• -4 defense
• +2% critical hit on melee attacks
• +10% melee attack speed
• +10% melee damage
• (Desktop, Console and Mobile versions) +5 Fishing Power

While the effects are mostly beneficial, it is still a debuff and therefore cannot be removed manually like buffs. Instead, it can be removed by healing at the Nurse.

Notes

• (Desktop, Console and Mobile versions) When the player has this debuff, they will droop their eyes.
• (Desktop, Console and Mobile versions) Since whips are affected by melee speed bonuses, this debuff also increases whip speed.
