The MOAB is a craftable Hardmode accessory. It grants the following effects while equipped:
- +32% jump speed and height
- +0.05 luck
- Immunity to fall damage
- The ability to auto-jump
- The ability to quadruple jump, in the order of sandstorm, blizzard, and cloud jumps. After all jumps have been used, the player is able to fly for 1.25 seconds.

Notes
- Compared to the Bundle of Balloons, the MOAB has a lower jump height, but a higher total flight time.
- The MOAB is considered a wing-type accessory due to its flight capability.
- Due to this, it cannot be equipped alongside other wings, unlike the Bundle of Balloons.
Tips
- The MOAB has a very high vertical height, allowing the player to reach Space easily.
Trivia
- The MOAB is a reference to the Massive Ornary Air Blimp from the Bloons Tower Defense game series, in which the objective is to defend against waves of bloons.
- Furthermore, in BTD3, its debut game, a pre-round comment jokes that the MOAB abbreviation does not stand for "Mother Of All Bloons". This item references that term in its tooltip.
- The M.O.A.B. is in turn a play on a real-life bomb known as the Massive Ordnance Air Blast.

- 2.0.4.001: Buffed jump speed boost from 10% to 32%.
- 2.0.3.005: Now inherits Lucky Horseshoe's 0.05 luck boost.
- 2.0.3.001: Now uses Bundle of Horseshoe Balloons in its recipe instead of Bundle of Balloons.
- 2.0.2.001: No longer uses Lucky Horseshoe in its recipe.
- 1.5.1.001: Tooltip now displays horizontal speed in 2 decimal places and acceleration multiplier in 1 decimal place.
