The Pot of Pain is a food item that is dropped by XB-∞ Hekate in the Get fixed boi seed. When used, the player slowly starts drinking it over the course of 15 seconds. After drinking it for 12 seconds, the player gains the Exquisitely Stuffed buff for 33 minutes, but shortly after, they are inflicted with nearly every fire-based damaging debuff in the game which also last for 33 minutes. Uniquely among other food items and potions, the Pot of Pain is not consumed when used.

• The item is a reference to an announcement that the mod's owner, Fabsol, made on the mod's official Discord server about an extremely hot soup he had cooked.
