Fabsol's Vodka is a craftable Hardmode potion that is also sold by the Drunk Princess. Upon consumption, it inflicts the Fab debuff, which increases all damage by 8% but reduces defense by 5%. The debuff also provides 10 extra immunity frames when struck for more than 1 damage and 5 when struck for 1 damage.
If the player is riding the Alicorn mount, the Fab debuff will increase all damage by 18% instead of 8%.
While the effects of the Fab debuff are mostly beneficial, it is still considered a debuff, and therefore cannot be removed by right-clicking the icon.

- Fabsol's Vodka is needed in the player's inventory to allow the Drunk Princess to move in.
- The immunity frames increase does not stack with the Cross Necklace or its upgrades but will stack with the extra immunity frames provided by the Deific Amulet or Rampart of Deities.
- Killing The Devourer of Gods while the Fab debuff is active will drop the Princess Spirit in a Bottle mount.
- Using Fabsol's Vodka at an Altar of the Accursed in a Get fixed boi world summons Supreme Alchemist, Cirrus in place of Supreme Witch, Calamitas, a significantly more difficult hidden boss.

- Fabsol, also known as MountainDrew, is the lead developer of the Calamity Mod and an avid vodka expert.
- Talking to the Drunk Princess under the effects of the Fab debuff will display a unique quote.
