On Fire! is a vanilla debuff which prevents regeneration and causes the player to lose 4 health per second, or 6 health if the debuff is inflicted to an enemy instead. When an enemy is Oiled, it will lose 31 health per second instead. Several Calamity NPCs and items can inflict it.
The player can become immune to the On Fire! debuff by equipping Angel Treads, Asgardian Aegis, Asgard's Valor, Brimflame Cowl, Seraph Tracers, Elysian Aegis, Elysian Tracers, a full set of Fearmonger armor, Hide of Astrum Deus, Hydrothermic Headgear, Hydrothermic Helm, Hydrothermic Helmet, Hydrothermic Hood, Hydrothermic Mask, Profaned Soul Crystal, Celestial Tracers, or Shield of the High Ruler.
Additionally, various vanilla items have been changed to grant immunity to the On Fire! debuff. This includes Ankh Shield, Hellfire Treads, Lava Waders, Magma Skull, Molten Charm, Molten Skull Rose, Obsidian Horseshoe, Obsidian Shield, Obsidian Skull, Obsidian Skull Rose, Obsidian Water Walking Boots, and Terraspark Boots.
