On Fire! is a vanilla debuff that causes -4 HP/s and disabled health regeneration while afflicted. If afflicted alongside Oiled, it will cause -31 HP/s instead. Several Calamity NPCs and items can inflict it.
The following items (and their upgrades) provide immunity to the On Fire! debuff: Angel Treads, Asgard's Valor, Brimflame Cowl, Elysian Aegis, a full set of Fearmonger armor, Hide of Astrum Deus, any Hydrothermic armor headpiece, Profaned Soul Crystal, and Shield of the High Ruler.
Additionally, the following vanilla items (and their upgrades) have been changed to grant immunity to the On Fire! debuff: Hellfire Treads, Lava Waders, and Obsidian Skull.
