Dash Hit

The Asgard's Valor is a craftable Hardmode shield accessory. It grants the following effects while equipped:

• +8 defense
• Immunity to knockback
• Immunity to several debuffs
• The ability to perform a holy ram dash by double-tapping the ◀ Left or ▶ Right keys, with a base distance of 18 blocks. Hitting enemies with the dash deals 200 melee damage and grants the player 12 immunity frames for each enemy hit. The dash is affected by melee damage bonuses.

• 2.0.4.003: Nerfed defense boost from 12 to 8.

• 2.0.3.008:
  • Buffed shield bash damage from 100 to 200, but nerfed defense boost from 16 to 12, and it no longer creates an explosion or inflicts Holy Flames when bashing.
  • No longer increases max health by 20 or grants 16 defense while underwater.
