The Bloom Stone is a Hardmode accessory that is dropped by Plantera. When equipped, the player's life regen is increased by 3 while they are standing on the ground, which is doubled during daytime.

The Bloom Stone also gives the player an augmented Flower Boots effect, allowing flowers and plants to grow on grass whilst also occasionally allowing random dye plants to appear on dirt that does not have grass upon it. This makes it ideal for farming not only seeds and bait, but also various dyes and Strange Plants, as virtually any vanilla dye can be obtained in this manner.

Notes

• The extra life regen will not be granted while gravity is reversed or while standing on a liquid with a Water Walking Potion or a similar effect.

Trivia

• The Bloom Stone was originally intended to be a way to spawn Uelibloom Ore, but was ultimately instead added as an accessory.

• 2.0.1.003: Can now properly grow Teal Mushrooms.

  • No longer increases damage and damages nearby enemies. It now increases life regeneration while grounded, which is more effective during the day.
