The Elemental Quiver is a craftable post-Moon Lord accessory that is an upgrade to the Deadshot Brooch. It increases all ranged damage by 15% and critical strike chance by 5%, and provides all effects the Deadshot Brooch provides; 20% reduced ammo usage and increased ranged projectile velocity. It also inherits the 20% chance to not consume arrows from the Magic Quiver or its upgrades.

Tips

  • The Elemental Quiver stacks with the Deadshot Brooch, so with both equipped the player can have a total of 25% increased ranged damage, 10% ranged crit chance, 36% reduced ammo usage as well as all the other Elemental Quiver effects.

History

These history sections are still a work-in-progress, and may not yet contain changes relevant to the current version of the Calamity Mod.
  • 2.0.0.001:
    • No longer increases defense, life regeneration, and pick speed.
    • Now greatly increases ranged projectile velocity.
    • Can now be crafted with either Magic Quiver, Molten Quiver, or Stalker's Quiver. It does not inherit any bonus effects.
  • 1.5.0.001:
    • Ammo reduction boost can now stack with Artemis Emblem and Chlorophyte Helmet.
    • No longer causes ranged projectiles to split.
    • Now uses 4 Galactica Singularities and 8 Luminite Bars in its recipe, and now requires a Cosmic Anvil to craft instead of a Draedon's Forge.
  • 1.4.5.006: Buffed ranged damage boost from 10% to 15%.
  • 1.4.5.003:
    • Significantly decreased the damage of splitting projectiles, and introduced a projectile cap of 50.
    • Split projectiles now have a soft damage cap of 150.
    • Split projectiles are now released on a set timer of 60 frames instead of at random.
    • No longer makes ranged attacks have a chance to instantly kill enemies.
  • 1.4.5.002: Now uses 4 Ascendant Spirit Essences in its recipe instead of 20 Nightmare Fuel, 20 Endothermic Energy, and 20 Phantoplasm.
  • 1.4.5.001: No longer grants minion knockback.
  • 1.4.3.001: Now inherits the effects of Magic Quiver. Updated tooltip to reflect this.
  • 1.4.2.109:
    • No longer affects projectiles fired from Town NPCs.
    • Projectiles with zero damage no longer split.
  • 1.4.2.102: Tooltip now elaborates on the effects it inherits from Daedalus Emblem.
  • 1.4.2.101: Decreased the damage of failed instakills from 5x to 3x.
  • 1.4.2.003: Fixed Ichor Darts infinitely splitting with it.
  • 1.4.1.001: Nerfed ranged critical strike chance boost from 10% to 5%.
  • 1.4.0.001:
    • Nerfed ranged damage and critical strike chance boosts from 15% to 10%.
    • Fixed a bug where it would clone Butcher, Flak Kraken, and Phantom Phoenix's held sprites.
  • 1.3.0.001: Nerfed ranged damage and critical strike chance boosts from 20% to 15%.
  • 1.2.4.204: Now splits projectiles 25% less often and split projectiles now deal 50% damage instead of 80%.
  • 1.2.4.001:
    • Split projectiles no longer recover ammo.
    • Split projectiles now last for less time.
  • 1.2.3.008: Reduced the amount of time split projectiles last for.
  • 1.2.3.004: Fixed a bug where it boosted throwing critical strike chance instead of ranged critical strike chance.
  • 1.2.3.001:
    • Can no longer duplicate Contagion, Daemon's Flame, Phangasm, Phantasm, and Vortex Beater's projectiles.
    • Fixed it being blocked from instakilling Bumblebirb's clones instead of Yharon's Bumblebirbs.
  • 1.2.1.002: Split projectiles are now forced to last for 2.5 seconds.
  • 1.2.1.001: Fixed it cloning Contagion and Phangasm's held sprites.
