- Not to be confused with Iron Greaves, a piece of Iron armor.
Iron Boots are a Pre-Hardmode accessory found in Ancient Treasure Chests in the Abyss. It allows the player to fall faster in liquids. It is part of the recipe for the Abyssal Diving Suit.

- This item can also be obtained from the Sulphurous Crate after either The Slime God or Wall of Flesh have been defeated.

- The Iron Boots are a reference to the item of the same name from The Legend of Zelda series.
