Titan Heart armor is a craftable Hardmode rogue armor set crafted from Astral Monoliths and Titan Hearts.
It consists of a Titan Heart Mask, Titan Heart Mantle, and Titan Heart Boots.
The full set grants the following effects while equipped (this includes the set bonus):
- +43 defense
- +24% rogue damage
- +10% rogue velocity
- +30% rogue knockback
- -15% rogue attack speed
- +45% chance to not consume rogue items
- +100 maximum stealth
- Immunity to knockback
- Rogue projectiles inflict the Astral Infection debuff on hit
- Stealth strikes deal double knockback and cause astral explosions on hit that deal 40 typeless damage, which is affected by rogue damage bonuses.
- This effect only triggers for the first three enemies hit and has a 0.25-second cooldown.

Tips
- Because this armor set decreases attack speed, it is better for a stealth build than a spam one.
Trivia
- The bonuses and effects of this armor set are based on Atlas, the enemy who drops Titan Hearts. Like Atlas, this armor is tanky and hard-hitting, but slow.
- While wearing a full set of Titan Heart armor, the player's damage sound effect will be replaced with Atlas' damage sound effect. This effect is similar to the one when the player wears a full set of Necro armor.
History

- 2.0.3.006: Nerfed explosion damage from 50 to 40.
- 2.0.3.005: Now procs stealth strike projectile effects on the first 3 hits of a projectile instead of the first 5.
- 1.5.1.001:
- Titan Heart Mask now causes rogue hits to inflict Astral Infection for 2 seconds instead of 1-5.

- Nerfed set bonus rogue damage boost from 20% to 15%.
- Set bonus now grants the player full immunity to knockback.
- Nerfed set bonus stealth strike explosion damage from 85 to 50, no longer inherits additional damage boosts from the initial projectile but can still be affected by rogue damage boosts.
- Decreased set bonus stealth strike explosion size and duration by 50%.
