The Occult Skull Crown is a craftable Revengeance Mode-exclusive post-Moon Lord accessory that combines the effects of the Heart of Darkness, Laudanum, and Stress Pills. It grants the following effects while equipped:

• +5 defense
• +5% movement speed and acceleration (does not stack with downgrade)
• The Adrenaline Meter fills up 20% faster
• The Rage Meter passively fills up at a rate of 1% every second, and does not fade while out of combat
• Whenever the player is afflicted by any of the following debuffs, it converts their negative effects into net-positive effects and doubles their duration:
  • It does not give the player immunity to the debuffs, so if the player has an accessory equipped that grants immunity to them, the positive effects will not be granted.

Trivia

• This accessory's appearance is based on the mask worn by the Cultist Acolytes from the game Darkest Dungeon.
• This accessory fulfills the role that Draedon's Heart had prior to the 1.5.0.001 update: combining the three Revengeance Mode-exclusive rare boss drop accessories.
  • Those three accessories used to interact with Calamity's Stress mechanic, which was inspired by a similar mechanic from Darkest Dungeon. Although Stress was removed from the mod long before the Occult Skull Crown was added, its design still serves as a reference to that past inspiration.
