The Stress Pills is a Revengeance Mode-exclusive Pre-Hardmode accessory that can be obtained from any Treasure Bag at a 1.67% chance in Revengeance Mode. When equipped, it provides 4 defense and increases the player's max movement speed and acceleration by 5%. It also makes the Adrenaline Meter charge up 20% faster.

- All boss bags have a 5% chance of containing any of the three universal Revengeance accessories, the other two being Laudanum and Heart of Darkness, and then a 1/3 roll is cast for which accessory is given. This results in a 1.67% chance to obtain any of the three accessories; however, the player can never receive more than one at a time.

- 2.0.3.007: Can now be swapped with Laudanum and Heart of Darkness using shimmer.
- 2.0.0.001: Now make adrenaline charge 20% faster, instead of making hits only remove half of the adrenaline meter.
