The Regenator is a Hardmode accessory that is dropped by Calamitas Clone. It grants the following effects while equipped:

• +4 defense
• +6 HP/s, and the time required for maximum life regeneration to return after taking damage is reduced by a factor of 4
• The player cannot go over 50% maximum health

• This accessory is a reference to the Reogenator shield from Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.
