The Regenator is a Hardmode accessory that is dropped by Calamitas Clone. When equipped, it greatly increases the player's life regeneration by 6 HP/s, but it also prevents their health from exceeding 50% of its maximum.

• This accessory is a reference to the Reogenator shield from Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.
