The Regenator is a Hardmode accessory that drops from Calamitas Clone. While equipped, it greatly increases the player's life regeneration, but it also prevents their health from exceeding 50% of its maximum.

• This accessory is a reference to the Reogenator shield from Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.
