The Silva armor is a craftable post-Moon Lord armor set crafted from Planty Mush, Effulgent Feathers, and Ascendant Spirit Essences. It is the mage/summoner counterpart to God Slayer armor. If the full set is visible (whether equipped or in social slots), the player will emit afterimages.

It consists of the Silva Armor and Silva Leggings, as well as two headpieces: the Silva Masked Cap for mage, and the Silva Horned Hood for summoner. All headpieces share a general set bonus, and also provide set bonuses specific to their class.

The full set grants the following effects while equipped (this includes the set bonus):

  • +104 defense
  • +47% magic damage
  • +33% magic critical strike chance
  • +100 maximum mana
  • -19% mana usage
  • Magic projectiles that cannot pierce cause a massive explosion upon enemy hits, with a 5-second cooldown
    • The explosion deals 800 + projectile damage * 60% damage, and has a soft cap of 1,400 damage.

  • +80 maximum health
  • +10% movement speed
  • +5% maximum run speed and acceleration
  • All projectiles spawn leaf orbs on enemy hits that heal for 10% of the damage dealt
  • When the player is reduced to 0 HP, it provides the Silva Immunity buff, which prevents death for 8 seconds
    • This effect has a 5-minute cooldown that does not decrease while any bosses or events are active.
    • This effect does not prevent damage, rather it prevents HP from going below 1.
    • If the player has the Silva Wings equipped when this effect activates, they will be healed to 50% of their maximum health.

Notes

  • The Silva Immunity effect's cooldown can be skipped by re-entering the world. This is useful to Hardcore characters as they cannot respawn to skip the cooldown.

Trivia

  • The word "silva" is Latin for "forest" or "woodland".
  • Previously, there used to be headpiece variants for the melee, ranged, and rogue classes which are now legacy vanity headpieces.
