The Statis' Void Sash is a craftable post-Moon Lord accessory and the direct upgrade to the Statis' Ninja Belt. It grants the following effects while equipped:

  • +32% jump speed
  • The ability to auto-jump
  • Immunity to fall damage
  • The ability to cling to and slide down vertical walls
  • The ability to dash by double-tapping the ◀ Left or ▶ Right keys, with a base distance of 38 blocks.
    • While dashing, the player releases cosmic scythes behind them that home in on nearby enemies and deal 250 typeless damage.
  • The ability to dodge attacks
    • Dodges do not trigger if an attack deals less than 5% of the player's maximum health. Dodge cooldown depends on how much damage was dodged, ranging from 15 seconds at 5% maximum health to 90 seconds at 50% maximum health. This cooldown is shared with all other regular dodges and reflects.

  • Despite it being a direct upgrade to the Statis' Ninja Belt, it does not grant the ability to swim.
  • The accessory's dash distance of 38 blocks is among the most powerful dashes in the game. It is surpassed only by the God Slayer armor's dash, which has a significant cooldown.
  • The amount of cosmic scythes released from dashing can vary depending on if the player does a full dash or stops before a full dash.
    • If the player does a full dash, this will result in more scythes being released, while stopping before a full dash will result in less scythes overall.

  • The scythes released while dashing heavily resemble Signus' scythes.

History

  • 2.0.4.001:
    • Dodge no longer triggers if an attack deals less than 5% of the player's max health, and now has a varying cooldown based on how much damage was dodged, ranging from 15 seconds at 5% max health to 90 seconds at 50% max health.
    • Buffed jump speed boost from 12% to 32%.
    • Scythes now home towards the closest enemy instead of the earliest enemy in the NPC array.
    • Increased sell price from 28 Gold Coin to 40 Gold Coin.
  • 2.0.3.001: Adjusted its offset and scale in the inventory.
  • 2.0.2.001: Projectiles no longer inflict God Slayer Inferno.
  • 1.5.0.001:
    • Buffed dash length from 34 blocks to 38 and it now grants full fall damage immunity instead of increasing fall damage resistance.
    • Nerfed cosmic scythe projectile damage from 500 to 375.
    • Dodge is now guaranteed, but triggers a 90 second global cooldown with other dodges and reflects.
    • Now requires a Cosmic Anvil to craft instead of a Draedon's Forge.
  • 1.4.5.006: Buffed dash length from 29 blocks to 34.
  • 1.4.5.003: Removed the ability to toggle its dash by changing visibility.
  • 1.4.5.001: Tooltip now specifies that it increases jump speed by 24% and grants 50 extra blocks of fall resistance.
  • 1.4.4.001:
    • Renamed from "Statis' Belt of Curses" to "Statis' Void Sash".
    • Reworked, increased the dash length and added trailing homing scythes that release when dashing. Removed all rogue and summoner boosts.
    • No longer uses Statis' Curse in its recipe.
    • Resprited. Previous sprite was Statis' Belt of Curses (1.2.3.001).png
  • 1.4.2.109: Can no longer affect projectiles fired from Town NPCs.
  • 1.4.2.108: Can now have its dash toggled using visibility.
  • 1.4.2.101: Decreased the damage of failed instakills from 5x to 3x.
  • 1.4.1.001: Nerfed rogue critical strike chance boost from 10% to 5%.
  • 1.3.0.001:
    • Now makes minions have a chance to instantly kill normal enemies.
    • Now uses 20 Endothermic Energy, 20 Nightmare Fuel, and 20 Phantoplasm in its recipe instead of 5 Cosmilite Bars and 5 Phantoplasm.
    • Nerfed throwing critical strike chance boost and throwing and summoner damage boosts from 15% to 10% and jump speed boost from 3.5 to 1.2.
  • 1.2.4.002: Fixed a bug which prevented the player from dashing again if they held the movement key down after dashing.
