The Glove of Recklessness is a Hardmode rogue accessory purchased from the Bandit for 48 after Plantera has been defeated. When equipped, stealth regeneration is increased by 15% and all rogue weapons thrown by the player have 15% increased attack speed but also have 10% decreased damage and 5% decreased critical strike chance. Rogue weapons thrown also have a large deviation based on how much velocity the weapon thrown has; the faster the initial velocity, the higher the deviation is.

Notes

• This accessory is the direct counterpart to the Glove of Precision.

Tips

• This accessory synergizes very poorly with stealth due to the fact that stealth strikes do not benefit from the decrease in use time, effectively causing stealth strikes to deal 10% less damage.
• Using this accessory with homing weapons can help negate the inaccuracy penalty.
