The Heart of the Elements is a craftable Hardmode accessory. It will summon all of the Elementals to assist the player and attack enemies.

When equipped, the Heart of the Elements will summon a Brimstone Elemental, a Sand Elemental, a Cloud Elemental, and a Water Elemental to attack nearby enemies and a Rare Sand Elemental to heal the player. Elementals have a base damage of 50 and are affected by summon damage bonuses.

Notes

  • All of the elementals' attacks grant enemies 20 local immunity frames, except for the Sand Elemental that grants 30 local immunity frames with contact damage.
  • Equipping the accessory in the vanity slot will summon all of its minions, but they will not attack nor damage enemies or spawn healing orbs for the player.

Tips

  • This accessory can be very helpful when performing less combat-oriented tasks such as fishing, as the elementals will keep most normal enemies at bay and allow the player's full attention to be focused on what they're doing.
  • Potions such as Heartreach Potion effectively grant homing to the Rare Sand Elemental's healing orbs.

Trivia

  • This item has the Rarity Level: rainbow rarity despite not being an Expert Mode-exclusive item.
  • Despite being an "elemental" accessory similar to the Elemental Gauntlet or Quiver, it is craftable before defeating the Moon Lord and thus The Devourer of Gods.
  • Fittingly for the item's name and summons, each of the Elemental minions seem to correspond to one of the classical Greek elements:
    • The Brimstone Elemental minion corresponds to fire.
    • The Cloud Elemental minion corresponds to air.
    • The two Sand Elemental minions correspond to earth.
    • The Anahita minion corresponds to water.
