Dragon Scales are post-Moon Lord rogue accessory purchased from Bandit for 40 after Yharon, Dragon of Rebirth has been defeated. When equipped, the player's movement speed and acceleration is increased by 10%, and all rogue projectiles create fireballs as they travel. The player also gains immunity to the Dragonfire debuff. Fireballs are spawned every 0.83 seconds the projectile has been active, slowly homing into nearby enemies, or spin in place otherwise. Additionally, all stealth strikes executed will create a massive infernado on enemy hits, which lingers for a significant amount of time. Infernadoes and fireballs deal 300 and 57 typeless damage respectively which are affected by rogue damage bonuses, up to five fireballs can exist at a time, and only one infernado can exist at a time. The fireballs and infernado inflict the Dragonfire debuff for 2 seconds and 5 seconds respectively. Fireballs innately have 10 armor penetration.

- Infernadoes only deal 70% damage to XM-05 Thanatos.

- Buffed fireball base damage from 55 to 57.
- Fireballs now last 7.5 seconds instead of 5, and have an innate 10 armor penetration.
