The Nebulous Core is a post-Moon Lord accessory that is dropped by The Devourer of Gods. It grants the following effects while equipped:

  • +10% damage
  • Floating nebula stars randomly spawn around the player, which function similarly to the Spore Sac. Up to 10 nebula stars can exist at a time. These stars slowly home in on enemies and shatter on impact into rapidly damaging dust that lingers for a moment before dissipating.
    • The nebula stars and dust deal 250 typeless damage (scales with the player's best class damage) and inflict the God Slayer Inferno debuff.
  • When the player reaches 0 HP, they will be revived and healed for 100 HP. This effect has a 90-second cooldown.
