Vulnerability Hex is a debilitating debuff inflicted by various sources and weapons enchanted with Aflame. When inflicted on the player, it causes them to lose 20 defense and 10% damage reduction, as well as reducing their flight time by 25%, reducing their vision similarly to the Darkness debuff, disabling all life regen, and causing them to lose 15 health per second. When inflicted on an enemy, it causes the enemy to become visually engulfed in flames, lose 1332 health per second, and have their movement speed reduced.

If the target is inflicted with Oiled, they lose 1357 health per second instead of 1332.

Notes

• Vulnerability Hex will always deal damage over time in sets of 666, typically every 0.5 seconds for a total of 1332 damage per second. Unlike most other debuffs, increases or decreases in its damage will result in faster or slower damage rate rather than increased damage per tick.

Trivia

• The debuff's tooltip is a reference to one of the quotes sang in the Lament part of Stained, Brutal Calamity music track.
• Each of the death messages caused by Vulnerability Hex reference different sections of the Supreme Witch, Calamitas fight (Grief, Lament, Epiphany and Acceptance).
