Plague is a debuff inflicted primarily by "plagued" enemies in the Jungle as well as weapons dropped by The Plaguebringer Goliath. It causes the target to lose 50 health per second and 5% contact damage as well as emitting large, green particles. When inflicted on a player, the player loses 15 health per second and 10% damage. Additionally, the player emits large, green particles. If an enemy inflicted by Plague dies, other enemies up to 25 blocks away get inflicted with Plague for 5 seconds.

If the player has the Alchemical Flask equipped, they lose 5 health per second instead of 15.

The player can become immune to the Plague while equipping Plaguebringer Carapace or Plague Reaper Vest.

      • Decreased its reduced player damage from 15% to 10%, and it no longer darkens vision.
      • Increased the range in which it spreads to enemies when a Plague-inflicted enemy dies, and improved the visuals used when it is spread.
