Sulphuric Poisoning is a debuff inflicted by most weapons dropped by The Old Duke. It is also inflicted by The Amalgam, Gamma Heart, Scourge of the Seas's stealth strike, Sea's Searing and the Radiator while in its aura in Tier 3 of the Acid Rain event.

The player can become immune to Sulphuric Poisoning by equipping the Abyssal Diving Suit and Asgardian Aegis accessories, or while in radius of an Effigy of Decay. The Sulphurskin buff and equipping a full set of Sulphurous armor also each reduce damage taken per second by 1.
