The Toxicant Twister is a post-Moon Lord rogue boomerang that drops from The Old Duke. It throws a fast boomerang that homes in after a short time, piercing all tiles and enemies. It only deals one-third damage before it begins homing.
Performing a stealth strike with the Toxicant Twister causes the resulting boomerang to release dust blasts in their path. The boomerang deals 130% damage, while the dust deals 25% of the weapon's damage.
Its best modifier is Flawless.

- 2.0.3.006: Buffed stealth strike damage modifier from 125% to 130%.
- 2.0.3.005:
- Buffed damage from 300 to 333, but nerfed stealth strike damage modifier from 135% to 125%, and stealth strike dusts now deal 25% base damage instead of 35%.
- Fixed boomerang not properly spinning faster on stealth strikes.
