The Submarine Shocker is a Hardmode shortsword that is dropped by the Aquatic Scourge. When swung, it releases electric sparks upon enemy hits. The sparks linger for 1 second and can hit up to 5 times before dissipating. They are affected by gravity, cannot pass through tiles, and they deal 70% of the weapon's damage.

Its best modifier is Legendary.

  • The shortsword now grants -1 local immunity frames instead of 8.
  • No longer deals half damage if a true melee hit critically strikes.
