The Earthen Pike is a Hardmode spear that is dropped by the Earth Elemental. When used, it releases four fossil shards that deal 50% of the weapon's damage. The fossil shards are affected by gravity and cannot travel upwards; aiming the spear's swing further upward will only cause the shards to be fired with less horizontal speed. Both the spear and shards inflict the Armor Crunch debuff.

Its best modifier is Godly. It cannot get modifiers that affect size.
