The Stream Gouge is a craftable post-Moon Lord melee weapon. When used, the spear spins around the player and summons a portal that the spear goes through, portals then appear around the cursor that release copies of the spear towards the cursor.

Its best modifier is Godly. It cannot get modifiers that affect size. Ruthless might be preferred if the player already has 100% critical strike chance.
