The Pwnagehammer is a craftable Hardmode melee weapon. It throws a slow-moving gravity-affected hammer which cannot pass through tiles and will travel a short distance before falling. Striking an enemy causes the hammer to explode, dealing 50% of the weapon's damage to all enemies in a small radius. Every four successful strikes launches a spectral hammer upwards which homes into an enemy after 0.92 seconds. The spectral hammer deals 200% of the weapon's damage and explodes on hit, dealing an additional 100% of the weapon's damage to all enemies in a larger radius. Hit sounds leading up the fourth strike gain an increasingly higher pitch.

Its best modifier is Godly. It cannot get modifiers that affect size.

Trivia

  • The easter egg tubular bell sound is commonly referred to in the community as the "Calamity Bells" due to its frequent usage in Calamity music.
  • The easter egg pan hit sound is identical to the one used by the Frying Pan in Team Fortress 2.
