Use
The Blood Boiler is a craftable post-Moon Lord flamethrower. It uses health for ammunition, with a 60% chance to not consume ammo. When used, it fires two long and continuous streams of bloodfire. Each use has a 40% chance to subtract 1 health from the player. The fire then curves back to the player and has a 33.33% chance to heal them for 2 health each. If the flame hits an enemy, it has a 50% chance to heal the player for 3-5 health.
Its best modifier is Unreal.

Notes
- XM-05 Thanatos takes only 80% damage from the Blood Boiler.
Trivia
- If the player is killed by the Blood Boiler's self-damage, the death messages "<PlayerName> suffered from severe anemia." or "<PlayerName> was unable to obtain a blood transfusion." will display.
- The weapon's name is based on the idiom "to make someone's blood boil", which means to make someone very angry.

- 2.0.4.003: Decreased lifesteal when hitting an enemy from 4-6 to 3-5, but it no longer completely disables life regeneration while being used.
- 2.0.4.001:
- Now obeys the lifesteal cooldown.
- Now heals for 2 health instead of 1 normally, and 4-6 health instead of 2-3 after hitting an enemy.
