The Atlantis is a Hardmode wand that is dropped by the Leviathan and Anahita. When used, it shoots water halberds which pierce and travel through tiles, in a distinct pattern consisting of one halberd in a straight line, then two halberds connected in the shape of a V, heading outwards from the player in a straight line.

Its best modifier is Mythical.


Used in


  • In the Get fixed boi seed, Atlantis receives buffs after defeating The Devourer of Gods. The following changes are applied:
    • Damage buffed from 86 to 348.
    • Use time buffed from 25 to 10.
    • Halberds gain 1 extra update and grant 2 effective ID-static immunity frames instead of 6.
    • Additionally, its tooltip is changed:
      • Before defeating the Devourer of Gods, its tooltip reads, "A cosmic serpent prevents this weapon's true potential from shining...".
      • After defeating the Devourer of Gods, its tooltip reads, "Take good care of my weapon, or else... -CIT".



These history sections are still a work-in-progress, and may not yet contain changes relevant to the current version of the Calamity Mod.
    • Buffed damage from 82 to 86.
    • Water spears now grant 8 ID-static immunity frames instead of 6, but are now exempt from pierce resist on Leviathan and Astrum Aureus.
  • Buffed damage from 70 to 82. Spears now grant 6 ID-static immunity frames instead of 12.
    • Now receives buffs in the Get fixed boi seed after defeating The Devourer of Gods:
      • Damage buffed from 70 to 348.
      • Use time buffed from 25 to 10.
      • Spears gain 1 extra update, and grant 1 effective ID-static immunity frame instead of 12.
    • Fixed extra spears recurring infinitely to other players in multiplayer.
  • Main and side spears now share the same ID-static immunity frame timers.
    • Now grants 12 ID-static immunity frames instead of setting global immunity frames to 6.
    • Increased number of segments from 12-13 to 20.
    • Decreased sell price from 12 Gold Coin to 9 Gold Coin.png 60 Silver Coin.png.
  • Tooltip now mentions that its spears split as they travel.
  • Spears now set NPC immunity frames to 6.
  • Can now be crafted with 1 IOU an Item and 1 Living Shard at a Hardmode Anvil.
