Use
The Shadecrystal Barrage is a craftable Hardmode spell tome. When used, it fires an inaccurate storm of purple crystals that inflict the Frostbite debuff on enemy hits. Each use has a 50% chance to fire two crystals instead of one. Like the Crystal Storm, the crystals fired by this weapon can ricochet off tiles.
Its best modifier is Mythical. However, the weapon's mana cost will not be affected.

- While its damage is less than the Crystal Storm, it makes up for it with increased fire rate, knockback, and the ability to inflict the Frostbite debuff.
