The Cranium Smasher is a Hardmode bomb that is dropped by the Ravager. When used, it auto-fires a spinning disk that can pierce four enemies before disappearing on its next impact. Disks that are thrown will also roll along the ground and have a chance to spawn as an explosive disk that will explode on contact with enemies and tiles.
Performing a stealth strike with the Cranium Smasher causes it to deal 175% damage and fire a disk that will explode on enemy hits and can pierce nine enemies before disappearing on its next impact. This disk will explode on contact with blocks.
Its best modifier is Flawless.
