Dodu's Handcannon is a craftable post-Moon Lord gun. It converts bullets into high velocity peanut shells which explode on impact with enemies or tiles.

Its best modifier is Unreal.

Trivia

• The "power of the nut" mentioned in the weapon's tooltip and the weapon's ability to shoot peanuts is a reference to the donor's identifying character, who is a peanut.

• 2.0.3.003: Buffed damage from 857 to 1020.

• 1.5.1.001: Now uses Pearl God in its recipe instead of Aeries.

• 1.5.0.001:
  • Buffed damage from 485 to 857 but removed its bonus +26% critical strike chance.
  • No longer fires five high-velocity bullets and instead fires an explosive nut that damages nearby enemies when it explodes.
  • Resprited it and its bullet.

• 1.4.5.001: Fixed it ignoring Endless Musket Pouch unless it was the only available ammunition.

• 1.4.2.107: Fixed it not functioning properly with infinite ammo pouches.

• 1.4.2.105: Fixed it being able to be used even when the player doesn't have enough ammo.
