The Heavy Laser Rifle is a craftable post-Moon Lord ranged weapon. When used, two small orange beams are fired that each create a small dust explosion when contacting a block or enemy. The beam is incredibly accurate.
The weapon consumes 0.125 units of charge per use and has a maximum charge of 190. As such, the weapon can be used continuously from full charge 1520 times, or for 10 minutes and 33 seconds.
Its best modifier is Unreal.

The Heavy Laser Rifle cannot be crafted until the Encrypted Schematic from the Underworld Bio-center Lab is decrypted. If the requirement has not been met, two lines of tooltip are added at the bottom of the item:

- The Heavy Laser Rifle is a reference to the Laser Rifle from the Fallout series and uses the same firing sound effect as the Fallout New Vegas incarnation.

- 2.0.2.001: Buffed damage from 185 to 210, but it no longer inflicts On Fire!.

- No longer deals decreased damage based on enemy defense, and updated tooltip to reflect this.
- Decreased On Fire! duration from 5 seconds to 3.
