Use
The Seeking Scorcher is a craftable post-Moon Lord melee boomerang and the direct upgrade of the Possessed Hatchet. When used, it throws a homing holy hatchet that passes through tiles and hits up to four enemies before returning to the player.
Its best modifier is Godly.

Trivia
- The Seeking Scorcher was implemented jokingly based on a community suggestion made by kerfpos on the mod's Discord server.
- The Seeking Scorcher is the only melee boomerang added in the mod that is not used in the crafting tree to Triactis' True Paladinian Mage-Hammer of Might.
History

- 2.0.3.007: Resprited. Previous sprite was
- 2.0.3.003: Buffed damage from 177 to 232, but it now hits up to 3 enemies instead of 4.
- 2.0.2.001: No longer uses 9 Uelibloom Bars in its recipe.
- 2.0.0.001: Fixed the tooltip stating that the hatchet targets up to three enemies instead of four.
- 1.5.1.001: No longer considered a fire weapon.
- 1.5.0.001: Nerfed damage from 241 to 177, but projectile now pierces 4 times instead of 3.
- 1.4.3.001: Introduced.
