The Puff Shroom is a Pre-Hardmode summon weapon that is dropped by Crabulon. When used, it summons a Puff Warrior which stays grounded and follows the player. The Puff Warrior attempts to stay on the same side of where the player is facing. If the minion is within a 22.5-tile radius near the target, it will attempt to jump towards the target, firing three damaging puff clouds that do not pierce. However, it will only perform this attack when it is jumping.
Its best modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stat bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, minions cannot deal critical hits. The only lasting advantage a Mythical Puff Shroom has over a Ruthless one is knockback.
