The Augur of the Elements is a craftable post-Moon Lord spell tome that is an upgraded version of the Eldritch Tome, the Tome of Fates and the Shadowflame Hex Doll. It continuously shoots out multiple rainbow tentacles, which is a trait it shares with its ingredients. The tentacles can pass through tiles, but do not pierce enemies, and inflict the Elemental Mix debuff on hit. It is later used in the crafting of the Subsuming Vortex.

Its best modifier is Mythical.
